Hmmmm... Very interesting. I Haven't read every message yet but I think I the youngest here mainly cause I won't graduate for another 5 years at least. I've been playing clarinet with my friend for the small period of time (about 10 months). I was just wondering if anyone knew a good place to get sheet music for clarinet on the computer. I'm saying on the computer because I live in, are you ready for it, Cumberland, Comox Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Wow, now thats a mouthful, Eh?

Good morning fellow clarineteers! I would like to introduce myself. I'm new to the guild, as well as new to Gaia. I'm Megan, I'm 14, I'll be a fresham in marching band at Santa Rita High School, and I've been playing the clarinet in concert band for the last 6 years. Yes, that means I've been playing since I was 8 and in the 3rd grade. This is my first year in marching band, so it should be intreasting. So, that's all I have t say this morning. Oh, and 31 days until band camp! w00t!

Well, if it's anything like my school, Marching will be fun for you! Hi, I'm a first chair clarinetist in my band. I moved to a new school, and unfortunately, I screwed up my audition. redface Since my new teacher never heard me play before, all he heard was my scales, and some bad sight reading. (it was too slow! I PLAY FAST MUSIC!) I have to go now, but I'll be seeing all you people more in a few days! BTW, I've been playing for seven years. smile

Hola my fellow clarinet players! Let me start off with saying that I am new to the guild. I am 14 and a sophmore and Choctaw High School. This year will be my first year marching. I have been playing the clarinet for 5 years now. ^^I have a feeling that I am going to make a great fool of myself when we start marching but I will be happy to see some of my friends do the same thing. hehehe I am evil. well I am going to shut up now and leave you all in peace. whee

Our highest score was a 98.0. However we are a group 4 in the USSBA. I started playing the clarinet by pure luck. I picked an instrument out of a hat and it was clarinet. I never regretted it.

I started clarinet because i needed to be able to play that thing to get a part in the school's musical last spring : ) and then my combo invited me as their clarinet player (and tenor sax) so i kept playing it.
