I agree, trombone DOES rock!! IT ROX SOX!! YAY!!! But I'm a euphonium player in the majority of my time, I'm not in Jazz Band anymore and I can't fit in my HS schedule cuz then I'd be taking out a class veeeeeery vital for me. So yupperz, although I wish I could do Jazz Band. heart

Baritone i think is the easiest instrument to play easy on the lips and you have fingerings not a slide blaugh

IM a girl and play tuba.. and I think so.
But Trombone is fun to play. I have played it a few times.

i can play the trombone. ive learned a few notes on the tuba, but not enough to say that i can play it.

Hello! I'm new.... well, not really, I was "Angel_of_music01" or something like that. Then i got bogged down by guilds that wouldnt leave me alone so now I'm different! anyway, I play the Trombone (yea!) the baritone, and the Euphonium. ^^

Oh.......How can you go and stab a fellow low-brass player in the back like that.....Man.....I could say somethin bout trombones, but I don't disrepect people in the band. Any real band nerd would never do that.....I love all of you guys out there that are in band and love to represent. You guys are what make us us. You make the band stand out. You are the heart and soul of the world, and I'm proud to say I represent you guys with everything I've got. That's why I polish, wash, and clean my tuba every day I can, so I can help all of us march on to greatness! I do it for the low brass! I do it for all brass! I do it for the band!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a tuba player. I'm no woos. I can not only play flute parts to our show music, but I'm also responsible for the "Freshman Protection Project" or the F.P.P. I founded the F.P.P. in order for freshmen who are getting pushed around by upperclassmen to have someone to go to for help. Our band director doesn't believe any of their stories, so they come to us. If they have physical evidence of a beating, such as bruises and unexplained injuries, we handle the situation duly. I handle the more serious cases, such as our freshmen being beaten up, and/or jumped by upperclassmen in our band. No one's gonna hurt my freshmen, whether they be a Sophmore like myself, or a Senior. So next time you go and classify tubas as wooses, maybe you should try and see all the stuff we can do. Check our lives behind the scenes.
