But if I have to wait until the barrier wears off, then you can either do something to me or just put another barrier up in the brief time it takes me to realize the barrier's gone & I can finally poke the tree. So you know what? I figure it's not worth my time for now. I'm just gonna poke Joseph & Adro some more & worry about the tree later. *Pokes Joseph & Adro*

The only thing I can do on a regular basis spell wise is make random things appear and heal. Can'ts heal plants though -_-

Well, now that you've volunteered that information to me, I suppose I'll just occupy my time until the barrier wears off. It's always better to know what you're up against, & frankly I had no clue. Now I am certain I can do whatever I please to the tree.

True, but I can attack too. Besides, I merely wish to poke the tree.

Tsk tsk. Naomi, you underestimate my character, but I suppose that's not surprising since I am a mazoku. I have a certain respect for gardens since plants handle themselves fairly well left to their own devices. And, while it wouldn't bother me to do the garden harm, I'd prefer a less...trampling way to do it. *Pokes Joseph*

My respect is chiefly for plants of any sort, so all gardens are to my liking. They are a wonderful source of meals for me, but not through normal consumption. As most living creatures, plants are fickle. They need their environment just right, otherwise they won't grow. Unlike other creatures, however, they're much quieter in complaining. I still get their wonderful fickleness with no needless damage to my injured sense of hearing.
On a semi-related topic, it is possible that plants will grow better if they are exposed to heavy metal music for an extended period of time.

The reminds me of a pinapple sage plant i use to have. Had it for two years and it was a strong plant. But it bothered the hell out of me so one day i just killed it. Every time i miseed one little part of that plant it wilted(you water the plant not its roots, every place with hair. The hairs soak up the water...)
