Though I doubt someone would put that much text in there. sweatdrop

xd Yes it is.

Ah, Tet, how is the bathroom cleaning going? I have a new product to suggest if you're still trying to get that yuckiness cleaned up: Simple Green. It works really well: I've been surprised.

My FIL uses that. I may try it when I get to the next bathroom, but I think I have it livable. Actually, for the next bathroom I have to retile, and put in some water resistant sheetrock. I have friends coming over to help me with quite a bit since I have very little idea on how to do mechanical things. They just tell me that they were in the same situation when they first bought a place and other people did the same thing for them. This is just their way of "paying it forward." I love the Sooner Standard. I know that I will try to find a way to do the same for another couple.

Right now, K and I have invited people (actually the guy who has been the most helpful with teaching me basic home repair stuff and his family) over for dinner on Saturday night. The place is miles away from ready (and we are planning on painting the kitchen before they come). So we will be busy with that. We are hopeing to have a housewarming party within a month with people from my department. So this is kind of our little way of having little mini-deadlines before the actual party.

I kind of plan to do the same thing that I saw the dancing kitten do when we finish. I want to post the floorplan and pics of our place after we have finished with the painting and hanging stuff. Actually, the yellow of kitten's baby's room is the same color as our reading room. Though I'll just post a link to a page on my website when I do that, b/c my parents and ILs want to see it as well.

And I'm going to get to have Thanksgiving with my parents for the first time since we've been out here. I'm so glad that they can come up. I know it is a long way off, but I tend to plan months in advance.

Wow, you really have your plan for the house down, Tet. I am very impressed. I would just be like.... eek and not know where to start.

The Bleach pen works wonders on grout if you have a problem with that.

on another note the Bleach pen also works wonders for drawing cute flowers and hearts on blue jeans. I did that with my daughters.

But does that only get the surface or does it get the stuff that's deep in?

I know quite a few people who strip the paint from their Warhammer 40k miniatures using Simple Green. Supposidly, they can just leave the model in the stuff for days at a time (much longer than needed to get the paint off) with little to no damage/warping of the model itself. Cool stuff, by the sound of it.

My husband said more than likely. That's some scary stuff. My mom has to keep Epi Pens on her since she is very allergic to fire ants and bees.

Okie. ^^ Tell him thanks from me. And yes, it is scary. I don't think I wrote the scenes as solemnly as I should have. I'll probably go back and fix it. It's not due to be posted until later tonight anyhow. I'm going to have the Healer at Mungoes give the Potters an Epi-Pen or two, but he won't really need them now that James knows of his allergy.
