Zone 3 | Use Nothing | Move Into Zone 4"Yea..and the lasso. s**t that would be stupid to forget..." He sighed at the idea grumbling. "I want a hot meal after this." Alec half whined, yawning some. However, he didn't stop, moving them along at an even pace. "I think some one already got the horse in this Zone, I heard Danny's voice, and what I swear was Shun. Lets see about heading into the next area." It was true, the red head was trying to make it at least mildly bearable if not pleasant for the group..."If you see nothing, go ahead and fire off, we are covering new ground at that point." Alec was speaking softer now, determined. "Nikky, keep your red flare close." Alec murmured. "Lillian, keep your green close.." The red head only hoped they could move fast enough, and work efficiently as a team. Alec knew the area better than both of them..he would travel further into district 14 and ensure there target didn't move from 9. He knew Lillian, but Nikolaus was still some what of an enigma to him. Instead, he put his trust in the fact they were all willing to be up at the a** crack of dawn in order to save a poor horse.

Zone 3 | Use Nothing | Move Into Zone 4 Lillian stared at Alec. "I don't care about food.. I just want sleep." She sighed, giving up. Not talking wasn't working, so she might as well. Least if a horse was scared it wouldn't be her fault. She listened to him ramble off about the other group that was heard. She didn't recognize any of the names, but that wasn't a surprise. She made it her best attempt to never meet anyone. She gripped the green flare in her pocket, reassuring herself it was there. It -was- there. And she was ready to fire it the second a horse was seen.. IF they ever found a horse. She tried her best to be optimistic about this. Everyone was tired. Everyone was still wet. Everyone knew they just wanted to go home, but they were still out here. It didn't help she barely knew one of the people in her group, but she assumed Alec trusted him.. so she would. For now.

Zone 3 | Use Nothing | Move Into Zone 4 "It certainly would." Nik prodded gently, still unable to pass up a good opportunity to mess with Alec. His head lifted slightly at the prospect of a meal and he nodded. "Deal. After this there will be a meal, on me for the three of us." Looking about he agreed there was no horse though he saw neither hide nor hair of another soul. To him it didn't matter though, at one point he considered just buying all new horses for the parade just to make this stop.
He felt bad for not being more cordial with Lillian but at the moment he felt about as courteous as a cow. Perhaps this was what normal people felt like on a day to day basis when they weren't busy kissing up to those around them. Shrugging it off he held up his flare in a noncommittal gesture.

Zone 4 | Use Nothing | Leading GroupPouting at the olders teasing, Alec merely puffed up his cheeks some. Yet then he was suddenly offering something reasonable. Food. "Ahh, that sounds good. I'll hold you too it!" Alec seemed in much better spirits at the promise of food. For their efforts, and while it was one of the large zones within the city, Alec knew by leading them this way it eliminated the odds of the creature running off. If he was right..they would soon be on the chase. His heart thudded in his chest. Feeling awake for the first time that morning. "Let me know if you guys see anything." He was already looking around, checking different area's withing Zone 4.

Zone 4 | Use Nothing | HORSEY SCOUTING YAYLillian wouldn't admit it out loud.. but as tired as she was.. as much as she just wanted a warm bath, then to sleep.. food sounded nice. Great, now she was cold and hungry too. Grumbling, she scanned the area as thoroughly as she could. She heard something.. it was faint, but it was movement. She didn't think it was from Nik or Alec.. it was further north. Aiming her eyes at the dark she spotted it. One horse, quietly feeding off the ground. "I believe.. that is a horse." She motioned to Alec, pointing him at the area.

Zone 4 | Red Flair | Clueless About Map Layout Nik had nodded his silent approval and was about to ask what food they would like when Lillian, using some ungodly powers of observation, spotted the horse up ahead. Tugging at the green flare strapped to his belt he went to swap signals when the horse lifted its head and bolted into section nine. With a sigh he replaced the green and hoisted the red, sending a fiery ball into the air.
"I guess we will want to avoid that area for a bit until we can cut it off. Is there an adjoining zone we can head to Alec?" He enquired, still unfamiliar with the city.

Zone 4 | Use Nothing | Move Into Zone 8"Once we hit the next area..I'm going on ahead north into zone 14!" Alec called out, running now. "We are going to Zone 8. It isn't that far away, and is tactically safe for what we're trying to do." he stressed, leading him that way, directly north of the 4th Zone. "From that point --- Lil, remember were the old meat shop was? Head that way into Zone 9. Wait until you see my red signal. When you see it, shoot your Green flare and scare it. Nik you will stay in Zone 8 and wait until the horse is scared your way. Maybe see if you can bait it? I bet they are hungry." Alec paused looking between them. He hoped he'd explained it right, having to stop and ask the oldest of the 3 Nik a few times for clarification, and to Lillian for further input of course." I'll meet you soon after, back in 8, and we should be in the clear!" (credit to both these two for helping us all lock this down :B)

Zone 4 | Use Nothing | Aww.. no more horsey scouting. HORSEY CHASINGGG. (Moving to Zone 8 )Lillian moaned, the meat shop. "Fine. I can manage that I suppose." She followed them closely, moving to the next zone. At least she wasn't the one tasked with roping the horse. For all the good it would do it, she would likely get knocked out again. Shivering, she shoved that thought away. She would not be as useless as she was earlier in the night, she would make sure of that. Even if all she could do was signal a green flare, she would signal it with all her fury. "Just don't get lost. I don't care how well you know this area, it's dark and you're tired. Be careful."

Zone 4 | Use Nothing | Moving to 8He was actually surprised that a rag tag group such as this one that had been hastily slapped together was able to function as well as it was. Each member was tired and unenthused about corralling the horses that had nearly trampled them the night before, and yet they still managed to demonstrate a knowledge in strategy that would not have been expected of any of them. He took a moment to take pride in the plan they had conceived, and of their ability to come together to get it done.

After the tasks has been rightfully assigned and the details hammered out, Nik was ready to put an end to this game of chase. Pulling out the apple he had stored in his pocket he grinned. "Distracting a horse? Sure thing." Following along with the group he readied himself to catch the infernal thing.

He couldn't finalize their plans until he hit the 14th sector, afraid he'd spook the horse. It was bad enough with the surrounding area he was pretty sure a horse was going to get sent running...oh well. There were other teams on it.

Zone 4 | Use Nothing | Moving to 9This seemed simple enough. All she was doing was heading to zone 9. She would then wait, and signal her flare. Nothing could possibly go wrong.. she hoped. She kept on track, making her way to the meat shop. She would not.. fall asleep while running. "This horse had better be worth it ... "

Zone 14 | use Red Flare | Signal for final stage of plan.Alec wasn't even done running yet. Why had he let himself run around like a mad person again? Groaning he leaned over his now bent knees panting. Fumbling for his red flare gun he raised it above his head, holding his ear with the other hand and pressing the side not covered into his shoulder as he fired the gun. Into the air went the signal, lighting up the early morning sky with its glow. Now he had to start moving back in time to catch the damn horse. Never in his life had he been more grumpy about a damn horse. He loved animals but dear GODS.

Zone 8 | Use Nothing | Await Arrival of EquineAlec took off like a shot with unexpected speed, but upon further consideration Nik decided that his short stature supplied him with a light and quick frame. Watching as the red head vanished he gave a nod to the gloomy Lillian. "Just pause for a while after you see the red flare go up to give Alec time to make it back." He added gently. Watching her leave he managed to keep thoughts of all the possibilities of what could go wrong out of his mind and instead remained optimistic.
Seeing another red ball light up the sky he clenched the apple in his fist and awaited the sounds of a horse entering the area, keen on locating it and keeping it busy until Alec arrived to back him up.

Zone 8 | use Green Flare | dfbvjhgvfghvf HORSEShe made it to zone 9. Running past the meat shop, she slowed her speed. She didn't need to run into a wall. Slowly making her way up the street she spotted the horse. It had stopped to rest. Bingo. She pointed up at the air, letting the green flare gun go off. "Run little horse.. "

Zone 14 | Use Nothing | Move Into Zone 8 (running...runnning....)Alec was pretty sure his legs were jello now. As physically active as he was this just..was painful. His lungs screamed for him to stop, but what kind of person like that joins the military? Who the hell gives up when your teams counting on you? He just wanted to go back to bed, but no. They had done this together. They would finish."Hold...on almost there." He thought to himself, keeping in mind the lasso around his waist.
