*Todd chukkled and the flames suddenly dispersed behind hiyo, and his weight changed so much for just a instant he would fall to the floor unable to get up as todd would appear again 5 minets later and put his foot onto of hiyos head. Since ht ewieght was so intense, there was no what hiyo could move, "I lied. And you broke a rule. So now your on penatly. I said no abilitys are to be used." He stuck his second hand in his pocket, "you will never be able to use your abilitys or forms to decrease my little trick either... becuse it's not Ice. That was a test aginst hte rules, and you failed." Todd turned and walked away, "i should leave you there to stave to death." He hopped into the air and dissapeared again. However the weight slightly changed enough so that hiyo may be able to use his arms and legs to craw. It was almost as if gravity was pulling him down compleatly. A vioce sounded and echoed around him, "amazing what a true water elimental can do isn't it. This is why we can't exsist and we each faked our deaths..." he replied. finve minets more no, and hiyo would be unable to move at all. Now tension was building as Todd wondered what the fox would do. Was this breaking point?"

"Something's wrong...... you never said.... anything.... about......rules." Hiyo continued to bear with the pressure, not getting anywhere with his rage as Todd would hope. Punishing the kitsune wasn't going to work at all, so he would have to think about something else..... That is, if it wasn't for a girl getting up on the rooftops as well, looking at the struggling fox. She had draconic scales dotting here and there, but also claded in baggy shorts and tanktop. "So, your him? Guess I stumbled onto something here..."

Todd shied and appeared with his hands in his pockets, "The rules were stated in the beginign when we went into the alliway dumb nuts. No abilitys, or fire remember?" He rolled his eyes and the weight was lifted from Hiyo, "you fail, but the trainings over for the moment." He looked to the mysterious girl, "and who are you?"

"I should be asking you that, treating a boy like this so harshly..." She helped him up, dusting him off which caused him to turn a little red. "Now i'm going to have to apologize in advance, since your so cute... Hiyo, right?" "Yea, but what do you mea-" He didn't get to finish as he was picked up by the collar of his shirt and thrown into a building, the toss controlled enough to merely crack it on impact. "I've been told to kill you, but since your sooo adorable, i'll make it fun: you beat me, I'll let you live. If you lose, you die. Does that bode well with you, mister....?" She didn't know what to call Todd as she bounced with glee, eyes glistening draconic slits surrounded by green.

*Todd new this sort of creature. Dragons. His water killing tecnques wouldn't work due to her thick scaled armor of her real form. Todd however appeared next to Hiyo and pulled him out of the ruble and to hs feet, "alright kiddo new plan. This is your second attempt to pass your second test. You have to work with me as a team, just like you would eve..." He looked to the girl, "heres the rules. control yourself and your anger. Do not let the power you need to defeat her blind you. And above all else, do not let any townsfolk get hurt. They can always rebuild, but a life cannot be remade." He actully pulled his hands out of his pockets, "we accept your challange, and your timeing is... impecable... but don't be fooled, you will not walk away from us alive." He smerked and patted his side where his sabor was, "trust me on that dragon."

"Quiet old creep, this doesn't involve you. Come on little boy, play with me now. And i'm Michelle, by the by." She seductively paced over until she placed a hand over her lips, giving a air kiss that send out a heart-shaped red fireball. Hiyo formed an orb of his own and collided the two, but hers was the superior as he was caught in the explosion, having him skid into the empty streets where some of the gang members were still around. Michelle giggled with glee, finding this whole life-death fight to be mere fun and games.

todd appeared near hiyo and held up his hands readyfor combat, "Sorry boys, games over." He started taking them one, his fists quick and skillful. in seconds the gang members were all on the ground and todd shood up hiyo, "Dont let her get to you kid, your no use to eve dead." He turned and made a stance toword the girl and got ready, "bring it it's time to get things really started...

"Right." He moved around quickly to get behind her. She finally reached the ledge and only saw Todd. "Aww, where did the cute one go?" As she did a scan of the streets and the fallen men, Hiyo moved silently, dagger from Eve at hand, ready to get at her good. As he moved in, the bade hit something hard, but it was a good foot away from her body. "What?!" Michelle looked to where he was halted, giving the sweetest of smiles with the most evil looking eyes. "Oh, there you are. I missed you so~...." She swung her arm and palmed his chest, rocketing him across the city into the woods. "Oooh, I hit him too hard. Now I have to find him again." She made a cute pout that only a little girl would make, still treating all this like a game. However, it also left her open to Todd's incoming attack....

Todd used the moment to come in with a trust with his sabor active, which could penitrae even a dragons armor, since it was a acide energy matrial, and just in case he would miss stabbing the photon blade through her, he also seemed to have water surround the both of them as if in slow motioned as they made shape into points, floating in the air.

Michelle felt the blade close in, having it cut her skin as she moved. She moved out of the forming spikes high into the air, her wings coming out of the cloaking spell they were under. Hovering high above Todd, she glared at the cut he made, closing it up with some of the flames in one hand. "How dare you....." She went higher up, now surrounding herself in flames, the orb growing larger and larger until it covered half a city block. When it dispersed into the sky, the dragon showed it's true form...  "Who would have thought I would finally get to meet you, one of the champions who had vanished from the world, and only carry one of the many versions of such an effective photon weapon. So you were hiding here all along, eh?"

*Todd spun his photon blade around like a pro, "heh sometimes it's better not to be one of those others look up too. As soon as the world would start to regonize our abiltiy, power and placement in this world, no matter how great we are at stopping or even taking out conflict, it would never be enough and they would only seek to distroy us and use our photon weapons for themselves. It's better for the world if we dont exsist." The water suddenly formed around his feet and tossed him high into the air as he dove into the center fo the massive beast with his photon bade spinning, even with wings the large beast had a weakness, it's size ment it would no matter what be hit. He would either go right through her and out the other side, of he would get a nice deep cut into the hind air, severing off a leg all depending on if she moved. "I'm sorry but that boy however has been placed in my protection, nothing personal dragon lady!" He yelled.

Michelle moved, letting her leg be detatched as she faced his back "As is this!" She spewed fire, getting right where he had hit her and evaporating his water, sending him back to earth as a ball of flames. "The Dragons has no quarrel with you, and neither would I care. You protect the very thing that will doom us all, which he will inevitably cause if his existence continues. Surely you must have felt it by now: The fracture at the Balance is growing every time he exerts power, drawing the energy from the other side of the tear and making it larger. It will destroy all of creation if this continues, as others will merely want it for themselves. The demon attacks nearby are caused because they feel this, and soon humans will do the same. As a champion of my kind, I refuse to let my destiny be hindered by the likes of you, despite all odds." She then flew off towards where the kitsune had crashed now ignoring Todd as she moved quickly, her leg beginning to form back up painfully and slowly. As for Hiyo's whereabouts, he broke a few trees but barely broke a thing on himself. He looked to the trees he hit, but they looked like they had softened up due to how old it was, despite all the greenery others and themselves had attached. "What the hell is going on here??"

*todd cursed as he put himself out and suddenly dissapeared to appear out of the air next to hiyo on one knee, "Hiyo it is time we get you out of here. Sadly this dragon is not only true and strong, she is correct on many things even you will not understand." He actully picked up hiyo forcfully and swung him over his shoulder, "this is going to fell vary odd but dont move..." Suddenly him and hiyo both teiliported as both there bodys turned to dropplets in the air. Seconds later they re-appeared inside todds house as he put hiyo down, "we need to get you out of here. BUt there's somthing i have to grab." He stepped into his room for a breif second and returned with a new set of many diffrent photon items on his belt. He then held one out to Hiyo, "this is a gift form me to you. Share this with no one, and use it only if you must." It was more or less, a photon long knife. But jsut as he rushed himself and hiyo to the door he froze as the door swung open and there was Eve. Her face serious, "whats going on here?" Todd glared, "trouble." He actully pushed hiyo into eve, "you need to take your kid and leave. There are hunters after him." Eve nodded, "i know. You job was to lay low with him though, thats all i asked. Dont get involved. Even if things seem grim." She winked as he nodded, "I'll lure the dragon off, you head into the mountain and get out of here." He looked to Todd, "Remember kiddo. Control isn't power."

Hiyo never pulled the blade out of it's sheath, just the handle exerted how powerful of a weapon it was. His head turned more red as he bumped into her, the illustrious cleavage springing some at his presence. Quickly as it happened, he backed away and tried to think of something else. "What exactly does she want? What is so important that I have to keep on running?!" He wasn't going to relax for a while as he guessed millions of reasons...

*Eve chukkled and patted his head, "Come on i'll explain on the way. Todd..." he looked up and crossed his arms, "i know i know." Eve held somthing out to him in a letter, "this is for you. And thanks." She winked as she put a arm around hiyo and turned him the other direction so they were headed to teh mountains, "There is a power inside you that is dark, and feeds off your abitllitys and uses. I felt it earlyer, however i didn't relize it before becuse i was close to you and was used to it. That women is there not as a bad enemys, but rather as someone trying to make sure that your power dosn't draw the humans and demons into battle. Confussed yet?" She asked looking down to him.
