Asher looked over to him with a mildly serious face. "Are you really serious about this? This is Kiera we're talking about..." Asher shuddered. "I honestly don't see any redeeming qualities about her, But I guess-" She shrugged and turned back to carry on walking. "You may ave a chance. But you'd have to words thing properly. Otherwise the end might be quite... sticky."

*He scratched his head follwoing* "What do you mean by sticky?" He asked. He was confussed, and unsure he could ever actully find a right way to say somthing like this to keria. this puzzled him.*

Asher's eyes widened for a second. "Sticky for you, I mean. Sticky with blood." She did laugh eventually. "But don't sound so concerned. You won't need to worry about Kiera one bit. Only we know what a big softy she can be. My advice, get her into one of those softy moments. That's when shed be less likely to maul you." She said jollily.

*He ooked to asher. "I'm doomed arnt I? How do i know your right. That she wouldn't just... i mean it's embaricng eoungh, and if she says no... then she would be... well... thngs would change and she wound't respect me at all, and then... she would get tired of me." Asher shrugged. "Well It's true I have bent the truth before. But the point of that I guess is that I only say the truth nonetheless." She looked to him, and t they were fast approaching the home. "Besides. You'll never know what'll happen unless you just do it. No point being a pessimist and never being pleasantly surprised. That's one of Kieras quotes herself." Asher nodded.

*Shortstraw looked away to try to hide his face, "i uh... well... maybe if the time comes and i think it's right... but .... but untill then..." He chukkled, "its going to be hard keeping that from a mind reader." He shied knowing he was doomed.*

Asher sighed as they reached the door. "Suit yourself." As they walked through the door, the house was eerily quiet, not much sign of much activity. Other than Kiera passing through from the kitchen to the living room. Although she stopped when she spotted Asher and Shortstraw. "Where have you two been?" She asked midreading the book in her hands.

*Shortstraw was trying not to blush, "we went out for a walk. Thats all. How did things end up here?" He asked looking around. He then patted ashers head, "guess that dinner didn't help everyone."

Kiera sighed and folded some loose hair behind her ear. "Yeah. Everyone either retired to their rooms or are out somewhere in the town. Which left me gladly the house to myself." She slammed the book shut and carried on to walk into the living room. "Usually you two get on like a house on fire." Asher looked to shortstraw, widening her eyes before disappearing.

*Shortstraw followed slowly and sat down in his spot.* "Well i don't know about houses bign on fire but i do no it was alittle more relaxing..." he replied trying hard not to think. He was not going to be able to hold his thoughts for too long. If that was even working in the first place, "wait you can read books with acuttly opeining them up?" He asked randomly.

Kiera laughed a little and collapsed onto the couch. "No. I just stopped reading it." She put her book onto the floor and laid down properly. "I think you think I'm a superhero or something. I'm not." She yawned.

*He smiled* "You are amazing Ms Keria. At leas tyou are compaired to someone like me." He looked to her, "you can do all kinds of things. your smart, your fast, you can teliport, you can control fire, you can read minds, you can all diffrent stuff. To me that cool. And you sorta are my hero becuse you got me off the streets, and you also revenged my parents death, and also gave me a home and... a freind or two." Kiera smiled. "Well everyone has their flaws." She shrugged to herself. "Lazy is just how I've accustomed to being. And having all these abilities may be great, But one: I never even need to use them. Two: people get butthurt when I use them anyway. And three: amazing just isn't the right word. Lucky, I would call it."

*Shortstaw chukkled on how she put it* "Yea... i guess..." he looked to his pad of pater and started writing again, adding more to the story. He wasn't sure if keria would even know what he ment if he asked such a thing, and even if he did he knew as far as her image went that would have beena problem. She was alittle older looking and to have a kid as a boyfreind was... well... it looked bad. he knew keria had her image to try to keep up.*

Kiera pondered for a second before finally saying. "What do I have to keep up?" She hadn't been concentrating on his thoughts. Not with the hundreds that streamed around in her head constantly anyway. She shifted slighty to get comfortable.
