Never again... Harold sighed. "No," he told her in annoyance. "I need time to think." He was still trying to figure out the best way to get to one of the other dimensions. He wished Noira had given him some way to contact her. Perhaps he could somehow trick Mirai into helping him? No, she could read his thoughts. It was clear the Blackwings still wanted her for some reason though. If only he could give them some means of getting to her. That would catch their interest. But going after her directly was a bad idea. He'd have to lure her out with something. Something she would come after. After several seconds of thinking he wanted to slap himself for how obvious it was. Her Weapon; that punk kid. What was his name? Harold thought it started with a T but he wasn't sure. He knew what the kid looked like though. The kid as strong but inexperienced. No match for Harold. Get the kid and bring him to Noira. That should be enough. He smiled to himself as he realized this. "Actually, yes," he corrected. Will I be bound in chains...

Never again... "No," replied Harold without explanation. "But I need to see Mirai and her Weapon again. ...talk to them about some stuff." He'd have to find a way to get the Weapon alone. Or at least far away enough from Mirai that she wouldn't be able to help him. For the third time he wished he had Eric's talent for calm and logical thinking. That wasn't to say he was sporadic or foolish; he just had less patience than Eric. He was slightly annoyed since they had just left that area but there wasn't any helping it. He'd have to come up with a reason to see Mirai and her Weapon again. Will I be bound in chains...

Dara smiling went into the kitchen and came out a few minutes later with a cup of tea. "Sorry it took so long, I had to make a new cup. So where were you Emma?". (Sorry I had forgotten to log out before sweatdrop )

Never again... Harold shook his head. "I just need to see them," he told them without explanation. "They have something I need." Technically, that was true. Will I be bound in chains... Never again... Harold glanced at Dara in annoyance. He was wondering when she would bring up him turning back into Eric. Not this time. "Not yet," was all he told her. "I have business to take care of first." He leaned back against the couch, trying to figure out what kind of lie he could tell Mirai to get her separated from her Weapon even for a few moments. Will I be bound in chains... [[I wish it was just something like that. My sister is arguing that all men suck and just want sex etc. etc. and my mom is arguing that there's plenty of good guys out there. ]]

Never again... Harold jerked away from Dara as she twisted his ear, snapping angrily. "Not. Yet. When I have my own body you can have your boyfriend all to yourself," he told her angrily. She looked over at both of them quietly as they fought. She made a face then. Why did everyone keep making weird statements about her and Harold. Though the bird demon and Atticus said something about them having some sort of future, she kind of doubted that at the moment. Personality wise, they seemed like opposites. She was just confused by that whole issues. Emma snapped back to reality once again and continued to drink her tea while listening to the two bicker. ☾

Celiabemont The things Harold's talking about in the first paragraph happened when Raine was Dara in the Mission "Nighty Night" and then shortly afterwards in Charlotte's Dimension. If you're curious, what Charlotte did that made Harold hate her so much is to help keep him bound in Harold which happened On this page of the Nighty Night mission. And this page in Charlotte's Dimension where Harold had broken free for the first time and has just gotten defeated in a fight against Charlotte and Atticus is where Harold and Eric reach an understanding. Never again... Harold shook his head at Dara's comment. "That's not it," he replied. "I explained this to Charlotte, Atticus and Michi, and now I'll explain it to you." He frowned down at her before he spoke again. "Do you remember what Eric told you when Charlotte repaired that seal back in your first mission together? He said that he was a dream. He is right. The old school that closed down a while ago, the EWMA, was the one that freed me from the arenas. But they would not let a kishin egg roam the world. Instead of killing me they placed a seal on me. The same seal that eventually weakened, causing me to come out for the first time since then and hunt down Charlotte in her realm. That seal is what created "Eric". Harold shook his head before he continued. "I am not sure if the EWMA realizes what they did or if this is the truth in every case. But as for myself, the Eric you know never existed. He was not me "before" my change. It created another "me" as I would have been if I had never been enslaved in the arenas. The seal did not revert anything. It created a dream. A hypothetical being. A being that has NO RIGHT to be me!" Harold placed a paw against his chest, clearly becoming agitated with the topic. "THIS is who Eric Hunter truly is. Whether the fake one has his own free will, whether he has his own desires or merely false ones created by the seal, even I do not know. But I know that everything else about him is false." Will I be bound in chains...
