The week has gone pretty fast. Monday through to Tuesday morning seemed to drag though...thankyou cramps... rolleyes
Ah well, this weekend I'll be celebrating a friend's birthday. Do you have any plans?

This weekend is the anniversary game for our LARP. I'm excited. I get to bring back a character I haven't played in years. But we have this one guy that keeps gunning to kill my character(s) because out of character I think they said he has a inferiority complex and he was trying to d**k measure with my character who was in charge because the Prince wasn't there. And lost. So it'll be funny if he tries to go after the one I'm playing this weekend. I didn't get to play her long because we ended up ending that game because storyteller couldn't run it anymore so she's not that powerful but she's fun.
I wonder how many things I'm going to fly into Saturday. I tend to forget she's afraid of heights and has vertigo.

Sounds like fun. I haven't been able to get to my LARP sessions lately because I've just had far too much work to do. It is the business end of the year I suppose but I miss my friends. However - this summer should be awesome fun. Not to mention the fact that I get to give my character a revamp and hopefully (finally) place her storyline within the world we're playing in. Her story and base stats should be easy enough to do, it's reworking her costume(s) so that it's comfortable to play in all year 'round. That reminds me...I do need to start learning how to make mail...

The guy didn't show up until the last hour. But I forgot how many snakes were going to be there in game. And she has that phobia cat_sweatdrop Like half the night I spent in fox fenzy. Well maybe a third. I had to stop Zane's character from doing some stupid s**t.

smile It was a very interesting experience to say the least - it felt really scratchy - it was weird. The scab's been forming over the last couple of days and it's started itching so the temptation to scratch is killing me, but I don't want to ruin it. whee

Not really - it stung in certain areas but other than that it felt as of someone had taken a piece of sand paper, folded it in half (with the sand on the outside) and was scratching me with the edge. It wasn't even as messy as I expected it to be!
I'm so happy with the whole experience - the artist was friendly (and had a fantastic taste in music), the studio had artwork by the artists adorning the walls in their areas to keep me occupied when his hand was in the way and I couldn't see what was going on...it was really good. Not to mention the fact that he reduced the price by $50 because he got it finished in less time than he expected to.
I was kinda funny, when my boyfriend arrived we were about halfway through I realised that both he and the artist were left-handed. Now my boyfriend is trying to improve his handwriting... whee
