In response to the Emolga's latest assault, the Sableye would simply do what she'd done so many times before. If they sought to slice or pierce her body, she'd simply make is so that no such form existed. Gem like eyes twinkling, the Sableye would disappear in a burst of transparent purple mist.

She would cut into her .....wickedly as she flicks her tail a bit. Yes, it might have worked before disappearing into purple mist, but that wasn't going to be able to hide her this time. The mist itself being cut and shredded by the wind ...scattered so far that it would be impossible for it to form again ....at least ...not for a while as the Emolga sniffed lightly.
She wasn't someone to easily be dismissed that was their problem. They were always underestimating her.
She smirked at that.

(And you forgot about Void, whom didn't faint during this fight either ...so let's see what the experience is for this actually ...so 39, and for the Electrike is should be 50)
Victoria wasn't worried about the cloud as long as it was over. She would quickly hold out her hand ....as the emogla would jump for her arm. Catching hold and swinging into place as she stay balanced.
They had to continue deeper into this place as the girl sighs and starts back walking again.

"I wonder how much further to the next relay tower."
Victoria spoke outloud. Though she was talking to her partner, in the same moment, she wasn't talking to the emolga at all. She run a hand through her hair ....as she tries to decide which way would bring them to the closest one. She didn't know why, but she felt like she had been here forever.
It was getting to be a bit annoying.

Still nothing to interfere with her movements, as she would kick a rock. A thought of something she probably should have done before she left came to mind, but it was too late for her to do anything about it now.
"I could have used some of the metal bits ....to make it harder on any electric type we meet."
She would state as Aella looked at her with her tail twitching a bit. She would puff out her chest and try to look bigger and stronger.
"Yeah, yeah, you can protect me, but, we need to allow the others a chance to get stronger ...which hadn't been working out so well have it?"
She asked the Emolga whom only nods in response to her question, It was a matter of a fact.

((Yes well I was in a hurry, just didn't want to leave you hanging over the weekend.))As she proceeded forward, Victoria would spot another Relay Tower only a short distance from where she stood. It would be a simple enough thing to understand how the girl could have missed it until now. Standing taller then the rest of the towers, rather then polished metal or rusted steel, this particular tower seemed to be composed of an unknown black alloy. Thunder crashing and lighting flashing in the distance, it cast an almost ominous image upon the tower; as if it were Dracula's Castle rather then a standard structure used to keep the plant running. Blackened scorch marks were dotted all around the tower in a haphazard pattern, a tell tale sign that lighting had struck here...obviously more then once. The panel to the battery would open easily, the hinges well maintained and lubricated. The inside of the device would look roughly the same as the other Relay Towers....except rather then the appropriate battery, this one seemed to contain a Cell Battery, jury-rigged with two paper clips and an elastic band to make up for it's insufficient size. How this had managed to actually work was anyone's guess... ...Overhead the clouds rumbled ominously, the cables between the towers sparking faintly... [EVENT ROLL! ROLL 1D20!]

Victoria didn't like the looks of any of this, and she really wished she had taken some of that metal now ....as she walks slowly up to the relay. This one was the last, if she finished with this one, she would be done completely ...she would finally be finished and free to continue on to something new. The end of this mission was near, but, she still moved slowly ...as she looked at the sky and said a slight prayer in the back of her mind.
The girl would reach for the battery ....even as something in the back of her head warned her against doing this.

Surprisingly...quite shockingly in fact...nothing would occur as the girl removed and replaced the battery. No lord of thunder would appear, no phantom spirit electrically charged by this place; not even a cliché saboteur would appear to stand in her way. The girl would find her acts completely unhindered by anything and everything nasty in this place. It would seem fate had decided to give her a bit of a break after all the trials she'd been met with in this place.
Now she'd just have to return to the Plant Head...

Victoria would turn and head back the way she had come. Her job was finally finished, and she could only hope this was all ...otherwise, she would snap that guy's neck.
She thought as she took one step and then turned it into a run as she would head back towards the entrances. It wouldn't take as long to get back as it did to get here, she hoped.

Surprisingly enough the girl would find that nothing stood in her way upon her return. The path even seemed to have been cleared, allowing her to bypass the area by the fence.

She wouldn't look a gift ponyta in the mouth as Victoria would head for the head of this place. THe man over the powerplant, and she cringed hoping he had recovered enough to actually be worth talking to as she headed for him.
Her moves swift, as Aella rested on her shoulder. Her ears up and alert, somehow she sense that though this was over, she would still be dealing with some sort of trouble.

Returning to the main building of the Plant, Victoria would once more be met with the sight of the Plant Head pacing back and forth frantically, rubbing his hands as he attempted to sort out the bundle of nerves which he'd developed.
What would likely surprise the child however, was the man standing across from him. Suppressing a chuckle at the man's expense, a wide toothy smile spread across his rugged features, was Professor Chase Wilder in all his tattered and dusty glory.

There was shock there, but it lasted for only a second as Aella would feel the girl launch forward. She actually drew her weapon of sorts from her pocket as she went at the Professor ......as though she was charging a desperate move.
"IT's YOU!"
She would call out ...as Aella would see trouble, and deciding to protect her partner this time from herself would electrocute the girl inches away from him. The electricity sparking for a moment before, Victoria would sit down with a bit of smoke coming out of her mouth and a very interesting afro puff for a hair do.
There was no way that they could miss the girl's entrances as she sat down in front of him. Aella looking a bit smug at her own intervention.

"You've returned at last!" The Plant Head exclaimed with glee, tossing his arms into the air as if he were about to hug the little girl.
"And she's given up the Tactic's Team to pursue a career as a stage performer!" Chase would proclaim right beside the man, clapping his hands together enthusiastically.
For a moment the Plant Manager would turn his head, tilting it to one side as he gave the Professor an odd look...as he hadn't previously realized he'd been standing so close to a man so much stranger then himself. After a moment further the man would cough subtly into his hand, then turn to Victoria "So did you finish replacing the batteries?" The man asked, rubbing his hands together nervously again.
"And did you get the Cell Battery?" The Professor pipped in with a wide grin.
