By the next afternoon, the small group had arrived to a human-military settlement. Civilians and Soldiers alike occupied the settlement, every one armed to the teeth to fight off any hostile androids looking to extended the borders and their control of the land.
People were friendly enough to the SUV as it rolled. Though wary of the sudden visitors, aid was quickly offered to the group so they could continue on their way.
"We past the dead line..." Niles sighed, leaning against the SUV as he glared down at the ground.
"Kim's twenty four hours ran up."

"The does not mean we're not going to keep looking. We will either find her alive or dead and either way we will make her captives pay," Azm replied as Marie pulled him out of the SUV. "I'm not going back to her father without something."Among those moving to help the group was an armed woman with a notepad. "What's the damage?" she asked looking at the android they were carrying.
