"I suppose. It's a pretty small prison. I mean alittle more then a thousand prisoners. Then there are only a little less then a thousand guards. So it's to be expected. Most prisons have over 40,000 prisoners in their facilities..Ofcourse..Azkaban is a bit more special now isn't it?"
