She bowed back to him and let him cross before her, "I made you a traditional breakfast . . . it may not have all of the required sides, but it is still very close." Iyasu's voice soft, almost too gentle to be heard. She did her best to mask her heart, however it seemed to be failing her.

I walk past her and the homemade breakfast on the table. Hmm..interesting. I think as turn around and say with a bow. Domo arigato gozimasu. Will you join me? I gester to table.

I sit down at the table and say. When I am finished I will take you home, okay? I smile and begin to eat. "Mmm it's been a long time since I had a traditional meal like this." I thought to myself.

She took her seat across the table from him and nodded again, "As you wish." Iyasu said quietly. While she waited soundly for the samurai to finish his meal. Her heart screamed at her silence, but she kept her lips shut for fear of saying something might offend him.

She paused as she swallowed hard. Her eyes looked over to him. "To speak my mind would be to speak my heart . . . and I think you might have already answered my heart's yearning question . . ." Iyasu's tone was not meek, but it was faintly destroyed as she spoke. A slight hint of pain clinged to it.

One should never be afraid to say what is in their heart or on your mind. I said and finish eating my breakfast. That was excellent thank you, I haven't had a good meal in ages. You have given me alot to think about, but rest assured you will have your answer. "In all honesty I don't think I'm ready to love again." I think to myself but I say. I have experienced many tragedies in my lifetime. So I must seem very cautious and cold, and for that I apologize.

"I do not fear my heart or my mind . . . I fear your answer." She answered him simply as she dared to lock eyes with him, "It seems that my heart spoke to soon . . . Kibakichi-san . . . I . . . gomen." She stood up from her seat and began to pick up the dishes. It seemed that silence would reign over her again with sparse words. As she was bringing the empty plates to the wash area and placed the items into the bucket she turned around slowly.
"Through many tragedies . . . it leaves many openings to start a new. Through tragedy, life continues on . . ." The young woman said as she stepped forward to him. She allowed her eyes to meet his own for a brief moment before flicking them away.

I rise to my feet and I relieze 2 things. Number 1 we are both the same height. and Number 2 She's right. You're right, maybe it is time to let go of the past and all of the pain that went with it. But such a thing is not easy, every time I have fallen in love it has ended in tragedy. It hard to erase the images of women being beheaded in-front of me, and being powerless to save them. Images such as those take it's toll on the heart. With these hands...I...I...I. I raise up my hands and they begin to tremble.

"I'm sorry . . . the pain from those images and memories tied to them must be very hard. I understand what it means to be powerless and watch someone die in front of you . . . It does take a great toll on the heart, but in time it grows less . . ." Without a second thought she grasped his hands gently in her own and softly caressed her lips against his. For a few moments their lips touched. As she moved away her eyes were cast downward as she realized her actions were out of place.
"Gomen na . . ."

I gasp as I feel her lips touch mine, causing a strange sensation to shiver up and down my spine. "Huh haven't felt anything like that in the longest time." I think to myself. A almost lust-full cat-like purr escapes from my lips before I can stop it. Blushing slightly I said. Uh..I should probably take you home now.

Iyasu nodded to him and waited for him to lead the way out. She was in disbelief of her actions. How could she have done such a thing? She had surely cursed herself now.
"As you wish." Was all the geisha said as she glanced upward for a brief moment. Her hazel eyes caught the crimson streaking across his cheeks.
'He's blushing?' Her own cheeks soon became rosy at this past thought.

I quickly head out and around to the back of the cottage, and focus my ki. My glove-jewel glowed and a torrent of water flowed from it and formed a basic, plain rickshaw. I wheeled it around and stood, panting slightly, by the door. I hold out my arm and say. Shall we?
