Emberyn led Jake away from the others. Once they were out of sight, she suddenly spun around and pointed her weapon at the dragon.
"Whoever you are, you are not Jake. Are you the entity from earlier?" She asked suspiciously, keeping the spear in front of her.

Jake smiled a bit. "Maybe, but would you hurt a child? Who would they believe you... or me?" He said since he could just hurt himself and ac it all through and blame it on Embreyn.
"What was what?" Nina asked not feeling anything.

Emebryn bristled at his arrogant words, but she realized it was true. If she attempted to try to extract the entity, everyone would think she was trying to hurt him. The grip on her spear faltered a bit and her hands began to shake as she slowly lowered the weapon to the ground.
"I promise you this. When the time comes, no matter who thinks what, I will free Jake." She snarled, glaring hatefully at the dragon.

He looked at her for one last moment. "Thats why I'm going to get rid of you." He said before he put his claw on his chest and dug his finger into his shin and began tearing a large scar through him before he got a handful of blood and threw it at Embryn's spear making his blood on the tip of it and he ran off to the others cry with on hand on his chest. The scar was massive and he bleed out a lot. "Help Embryn attacked me!" He yelled as he ran over to Melia.

Melia looked down at the possessed Jake. She narrowed her eyes, but ripped a piece of a piece of her skirt. It was ruined anyway. It was a good thing she had writing pants under them. She pressed it against Jake chest.
"I suggest you not attack children or you'll end up with a blade in your chest." she said threateningly to Emberyn. But her eyes told something else, "We need to do something about him"

Emberyn caught the look in Melia's face and she hid her grin. At least someone else knew about the situation and that something was wrong. The girl lowered her head sheepishly and dropped her spear. "I-I thought he might be a servant of the maze creator, but I guess I was wrong." She said, staring intently at Jake. Her eyes told him she would hold to her earlier promise.

Jake didnt looked at Embryn just back at Melia. "Am I going to die?" He asked crying a bit.
A light sound of water dropping into a small puddle was heard since Blaze was begging to thaw out.

Melia shook her head and spoke in her usually serious manner. "No, not is we catch it now. You have pretty fast healing rate so you'll be fine as lond as I keep pressure on it." Which is exactly what she was doing.

I wish Emberyn thought, glaring angrily at him, But then Jake wouldn't have a body to come back to She picked her spear back up and walked over to one of the maze walls. Placing her hand on the rough surface, she closed her eyes and tried to listen for any hostile sounds.
