Hello again all. I have been caught up in real life affairs for some time now, hence my lack of communication. I trust that everyone is still doing okay?...

I've been spazing out lately. I don't know if I'm back or not. I seem to be haunting, but I have no inspiration to post. On the other hand, I'm having a wicked awesome imrpovement spurt with my art, so I'll post some of that for C&C. Now I just need to save up for some Rembrant Watercolor paints and a single 50% Neutral Grey Copic Brush Tip Pen.
...Wow, am I an art nerd or what?

Is drawing nearly naked women a suitable form of relaxation?

I'm bored and it's ridiculously difficult to create organic clothing for dryads.

By "organic" I meant what type of clothing come naturally to a dryad? They hold up their limbs so well they wouldn't need a bodice or bra. And what would a tree want with pants. Would a skirt be "gilding the lily" so to speak? And root-shoes are just impossible to find these days. O_o

------------------------------------------------------------------------- ...as the wind whistled past it whispered in your ears... Three main things a dryad is seen wearing (or often as not, is actually a part of their body):: Leaves, flowers and bark. There's vines as well, but not usually to the same extent since they don't have as much coverage and are typically used more as an accessory than anything else. As for shoes, since they are more intuned with nature, they'd look strange with shoes. But that's presuming that they have feet, as they are ofter depicted rooted in the ground or emerging from a tree. Still, it can be very hard to make any of that actually look good xd Dryads are among my favourite mythological creatures 4laugh
