1.since your ninjustu you can have three elements but second element is learned at chuunin third is learned at the next rank
2. spelling errors:: Genin, Orochimaru, Cacasion
3.acts too cocky is not a weakness the strengths and weakness's are chosen from the ninjustu class

Mint, that fails. This is how you do it.
Leo:
~It's spelled 'Caucasian'.
~You're not allowed to have ties with canon characters in such a direct way. That's an absolute no.
~Spelling error; Genin
~You're the ninjutsu class, so you have the option to choose three elements. It'd be wise to do so.
~Moar Shinobi skills from the Ninjutsu class list, mm'k?
~Japanese name for fire is Katon, make sure you've got that down.
~20 for everything is too much, and unrealistic. Size it down.
~You can call yourself a fire specialist, that's fine. But Uchiha can kick your a** in that element.
~Your picture needs to be fixed. Supply a sufficient link.

2. You spelled 'Genin' wrong. (You spelled it with to 'n' which is incorrect)

1. Please scale down the number of shuriken/smoke bombs/etc... the numbers you have there are a bit unrelaistic.
2. You actually don't know any of the Ranmaru bloodline techniques yet. You have to learn them eventually through posting once your profile is approved.

1. Have to wait for Kyuubi approval/disapproval before I can fully approve... please let me know when that goes through.
2. Elemental Vulnerability has to carry a element with it (which you are particularly vulnerable to) This is normally the element that opposes your primary element (your case being Vulnerability to Wind)
3. Woah there pack mule... tone those bombs/shuriken down... there should be no more then 10 of the bombs and such and 20 shuriken.
