Description: I figure since we now have an aburame technique that allows for the birth of insects, we could do this. After using insect coccoon, the user will come out with a specialized group of exploding insects. Once they are born they can live seperate from the host for only about 3 hours before dying. The good part about these insecst is that when one of them dies, they explode instantly. Written in their DNA is a suicide button if you will, and that is controlled by the user of the technique. Keep in mind, only groups of around twenty of these can be made, and though it is an explosion, it is small. If the whole group goes out in one bang, then the effect would be that of a paper bomb, while one explosion is equal in power to a dynamic entry without an actual kick. These insects are also slightly larger, making them easier to see coming, and make a unique buzz that is easily heard. These insects can also be used to ignite flammable objects.
Rp Sample
Having been asleep inside his cocoon for hours on end, Kay rose with a tear in his eyes. HE wiped them away as the loud buzzing sound from his insects could easily be heard around him. The special explosive bugs flew up in a group and seeked out the target, marked by a female insect. They flew like homicidal wasps as they hovered near poor old akura. They dive bombed one by one, each exploding on contact with him until only four were leeft, crowding around the female, who smartly flew away right before the final kaboom.

Akura Bashirou (( These are all guild wide )) " Give me some cover Kay." Akura whipered as Kay nodded, " Sandstorm cover combo!" He said as he made a sand clone and a wind gale which turned the clone into a sandstorm. Akura took in a deep breath before he made a few seals " Earth style: Dual Ram head!" He cried as two giant ram heads appeared infront of the wall of konoha, " Awsome Akura, you are gonna bring down the wall whit one combo!" He said as he Akura nodded to his words " Thin mantle crust movement!" He said as he slammed his hand on the ground which made the two ten foot tall rams move and crash into the wall leaving a giant twenty foot long hole in the wall, army of suna ninja rushed into the hidden leaf. Akura and Kay headed directly to the Kage tower, Once there the two ninja ran up the stairs taking out any ninja in there way, the two " brothers" entered the tower and glared at the hokage, Kay stepped up and made some seals " Wind Style: Crashing Gale" He whispered as his wind natured chakra flashed around his hand, he then threw the three foot long ball at the Kage knocking him out of his tower. Akura jumped down as he made seals " Earth style: Stone twister ." He said as he placed his hand on the floor once he landed near by rocks flew around Akura, he then moved his hands forward and the twister flew at the hokage knocking him out. So sorry for the OOC but... DEATH TO THE LEAF!

Hinote Tosatsu Rin: I'm not sure about this one. It's well defined, but I'm going to ask that you PM Lance on it. Poisons are rather a gray area, especially fatal ones. Actually, I don't think you're actually allowed a fatal poison. The reason being that not everyone can cure it, and if the person they need to cure it is more posts away than they can travel thanks to the poison, you've just destroyed an RPC. alright will do. I guess you are right about fatality, kinda. I could either move it up to S-rank or take that out, i'll probably do the latter, or at least give plenty time for it to be cured.

Whenever they wish, they may pop out from the shadow, and attack.

These insects can also be used to ignite flammable objects. this doesnt really make too much sense to me. since the aburame system will put a limit on the amount of bugs, an aburame has, this would be mostly just waste their bug supply. I'm not sure exploding bugs would be worth getting, especially past jounin. especially not for the small amount of damage they would cause, and this would stay relative to how many bugs you just killed. not crew, so grain of salt etc.

The jutsu grows 2 feet in lenght every rank. The whip is strong enough to carry a man. The whip is initially 3 feet long and one fot wide.

Akura entered the training facilityof suna, he looked over at the counter and saw a man whom he had not seen in the village before. " Who is that..." He muttered as Tsu followed him close by, he saw David's room and let out a sigh " I wonder what David wanted, he seemed it was very important." He said a he got inside the room, he stood speachless as the room had turned into a lush swamp as he got inside, in the middle of the room were the Oasis was there was a large tree whit two bodies there, one was sitting on the edge of the tree ( Tobi style ) and the other one was lying down behind him. " Just what I needed, another maggot from the sand." The man that was sitting said whit a dagger like glare. The man stood up and revelad his entire clothing, a long black robe whit red clouds. " I'm gonna end this quick, just like I did whit the other suna maggots!" The man cried as he jumped from the tree and began making seals " Suiton: MizuKei!" He said as the water bellow him rose and stopped his fall, he then moved his arms back and lashed toward Akura " Die maggot die!" The man said as he moved his hand as the water whip rose, he then swiftly moved his hand in a circular motion and the water whip tied up the young boy. The man then moved his hand once more and the whip threw Akura to the waters bellow...

(( Ex. Lets say I placed five tags and each tag is 5 meters from each other,anyone, except the user and his/her allies, are afflicted by the jutsu ))

The misterius man let got of Akura and glared at Tsu whit the same Dagger eyes. " I see, that's a pretty good jutsu, you can break genjutsu whit it, you are a more worthy oponent, you desert worm!" He yelled at the girl, he then let out a sigh " I must know the name of my new enemy, but first foes mine; I am Karasu... Karasu of the mist." he said as he walked slowly toward Tsu " And the jutsu you just broke is called " Massive swamp Illution." He said as he looked over at Akura, who was hurt and breathing heavily. The man threw a explosive kunai 5 feet from him so the explotion would take him out of his genjutsu, once it exploted Akura slowly stood up.

Karasu glared at Akura and spitted in his direction " What a pitiful sight." He said as Tsu ran up to him and began to heal him, several minutes passed and he regained his strenth. Karasu then smiled as a woman emerged from the tree in the middle of the tree " Karasu! I'm finished whit the jinchuriki. And what's whit all the Suna maggot stuff!" She growled at him as she also glared at the group, Karasu looked up at the girl and smirked " I won't take to long..." He said as he looked back at the two ninja, he made some seals and slammed his hand releasing a wave of swamp water that trapped the two ninja.

She said whit a soft voice, Karasu only nooded to what she said and he made a seal. A large number of bubbles sorrounded the two rouge ninjas and David's body as they made there escape out of the village.

There is a draw back, while the jutsu is used the user takes small amounts of damage, but it can be avoided whit lightning training. ( The passive lightning skill that I forgot it's name sweatdrop ) leave us poor genjutsu users alone!! seriously though, would it cost the jutsus-worth of chakra every turn it is used? or a smaller drain-per-turn? not crew, so grain of salt etc. sorry, im not trying to replace the crew i swear

Description: Well, she puts the term for "fire flower" to literate terms. This requires very good fire element chakra control (or the use of fire release) in which she could make fire shape into many fire flowers, in which Aoi can place into areas, in which can explode on command. The flowers, can float around the user too, but they usually are used in a form of a bouquet of roses for similarity reasons.. But, this isnt the reason it's called fire tumbler. These flower's 'petals' supposedly can detach, and catch things on fire.... For Aoi, she can catch herself on fire without being harmed. Then, She can attack, with the possibility of catching her opponent on fire by using taijutsu, hence the name, Reiki's fire tumbler. Though, this can be easily countered with a splash of water. It is possible to learn it with the other elements, But Aoi would have to change the name of the jutsu, now wouldnt she? But here's the stats on making them.
Academy: 1 flower (daisy) per fight (Lighting) (leaf vil.)
Genin: 6 flowers (camelia) per fight (rice)(leaf vil.)
Chunin: 12 flowers (rose) per fight (rock)(leaf vil.)
Jounin: 18 flowers (Pink Pearl) per fight (Water)(leaf vil.)
Sanin/kage: 24 flowers (Persicaria) per fight. (wind)(leaf vil.)
the different flowers can be used depending on rank (For instance a Kage can make a flower shaped as a Rose if they wanted to. But, it is still required to learn to make a Persicaria for the use of 24 flowers) This, should be really easy for any leaf member, for they have a flower shop runned by the Yamanaka clan there. Anyways, besides the point. Each flower amount can be learned at genin stage, but it requires the rank's amount of chakra to make, let alone to find the flower to use it. (dead serious. You got to look at each real life flower to learn to use it.... also meaning if you find a daffodil you can learn to make that, in which takes five posts to make, no matter your rank, or class.) Each flower will be placed in a different country, in which are listed by the rank.

Aoi was doing a simple clean up mission, as she was gaven a higher rank mission by her kage. What the?! an assassination?! Aoi's jaw dropped, confused. Why in the hell Would Sosay-chan give her a mission like this? Aoi sighed, as she created 6 flowers, in which looked like Daisies. She walked up to a Mafia mans house, quietly, and knocked on the door. "Hello? anyone there?" Aoi frowned, for Sosay could of sent an ANBU instead.... But who would Trust Ukiyo in this situation? Money, women, and gambling was all under the same roof.... Aoi sweat dropped as she pictured him actually befriending the person than killing him. Aoi shook that thought out of her head, as she walked in with the flowers, crafted from flame, and placed it in a vase without water....Water would ruin her art. Aoi sighed, as she pretended to be the new servant girl that the man had hired, though truthfully was tied outside at the time. Aoi, walked around the giant house warning what was to come, slowly putting each flower into a hidden area of the house: the 5 main support beams.... and one by the Egomaniac's throne. By time the house was evacuated, each flower had done it's job, and exploded. all the servants, cooks, everything but that man, were already outside, and safe, and happy to be freed from their jail.

Akura:Earth Style: Dual Ram head - Was approved a long time ago. Why resubmit it? Doton: Shinmantoru Kurasuto sadou - Denied. I can't see any use for it, being identical to the other as it is. Earth Style: Stone twister - I'm still not sure on this one. It seems more like a Fuuton than Doton to me. - Nerd:Speed Manipulation - Is this a ninjutsu, or genjutsu? Demonic Illusion: Tree Bind Death - Add a post limit for the kill. The target should be held for some certain limit before the kill can be made, or it's just too powerful. Even Gaara's sand coffin is limited to a two post wait here. Bringer-of-Darkness Technique - Can you expand on the description a bit? I know what jutsu this is, but with such a cut off description it would be easy for someone to misunderstand it. Demonic Illusion: Descending Hell Technique - I rather like this one, but once again, please add a post length. Unlike the first, I'd like to see just how long it takes for the fireball to descend. Does the fireball feel like it gives off heat? Also, it should be C rank. The District End - Again, how long does the barrier last? Side note: What's with the name? I don't get it. Debris Petal Escape - Seems fine. ApprovedBarrier of Flames - You need to fix the description. It says that the user feels the heat, while I assume you meant the victim. It should also be C ranked. Side note: I can just imagine someone playing Johnny Cash while using this jutsu. - Kay:Explosive insect technique - I have two main problems with this. The big one is that I really can't see an Aburame willingly sending their bugs out in a suicide attack. And the second is that you posted it, despite me recently asking that Aburame jutsu not be posted until the new system is completed. So for now, Denied. - Jade:Silhouette Shadow Puppet - Seems okay. ApprovedBarrier - Add a maximum range, and how far it reaches per post active. - Akura2:Suiton" MizuKei - The description needs to be a bit clearer. How long is it by default? Raiton: Dagenki Vijon - Denied. I know I mentioned the possibility of a similar jutsu, but this is most definitely not it. There are bloodlines based around that ability, and I can't see any way you could force your eyes to see through genjutsu simply by applying chakra. Suiton: OmoiSawa Meimu - Other than the fact you misspelled the English version... You are saying that this technique is activated by being inside of a tagged area? I think you need to clear up the description a bit more. Suiton: OmoiSawa - Okay, your RP samples are becoming increasingly lacking at this point. The rank is stunningly enough, higher than needed on this one. B would be fine. How deep is this swamp? And does it need a water source to create? Suiton: AwaTonsou - Simple enough. Description: The user will throw multiple kunai at the opponent, and manipulate the surroundings to make it seem like the kunai are moving towards the opponent slowly or faster than normal, when they are actually moving at regular speed. Can only use with weapons, such as kunai and shuriken.
Rp Sample Sarukin pulled out a few kunai from his pouch, his eyes still set on his opponent. Performing hand seals, Sarukin threw the shuriken while grinning. His opponent expected something more, but he simple jumped up and about all over, for the kunai appeard traveling faster than they actually were. "Ha! Is that all you go-!" His laughter was cut short by a kunai to his shoulder. "What the hell.....?" Sarukin merely laughed as he continued his assault on the enemy ninja, kunai continuing landing on his body.

Description: With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear, allowing them to approach their target unnoticed. Once completed, a tree and roots will grow at the target's feet and restrict their movements. Once the opponent believes that they are captured, the user can then appear above their opponent from the tree's trunk and kill the target. Victim must be locked in the genjutsu for 3 posts, and if anyone interferes in any way (disrupt chakra, throw weapons, etc....) the genjutsu is canceled.
Rp Sample Sarukin glared at his opponent, who was now sticking to only taijutsu, deeming ninjutsu too much of an effort for a ninja like Sarukin. "Fool...." Within a few seconds, trees began to form under the ninja's feet, his attention now focused on them. Vines held down his feet as a tree began forming to his back. "What the hell....?" Sarukin's figure slowly made itself known as he held a kunai in his hands. Sarukin looked down and grinned at the enemy ninja.

Description:This jutsu makes the target think that they are surrounded by total darkness, allowing the user to attack unseen. Takes 2 posts for the area to get dark. The genjutsu's duration is dependent on the skill level of the victim. Normally lasts for 1 post. Each rank above the victim equals one more post. If a jounin uses this on a chuunin, the genjutsu lasts for 3 posts, because a jounin is too ranks higher than a chuunin (including special jounin)
Rp Sample With a few hand seals, Sarukin jumped back from his opponent. "Is that it?" However, things started appearing darker to the ninja, shade covering the once sunny sky. "Is is night time?" The area around the enemy ninja continued getting darker and darker until there was practically no visibility left. With that, Sarukin ran up to him, the sounds of his footsteps hinting his location. The enemy ninja was able to throw up a block, but couldn't defend himself about the punch Sarukin threw right after. This battle was soon over, Sarukin clearly going to come out the victor.

Description:This jutsu creates the illusion of a tremendous descending ball of fire in the sky, which then crashes onto a designated area. Anyone in the area will flee, or retaliate. This jutsu easily serves to distract an opponent. Takes 1 post for fireball to come towards victim. user feels heat increasing slowly, but nothing unbearable.
Rp SampleSarukin put his hands to the sky, his voice yelling out some random commands. To everyone else, he was calling on a fire sent by the gods. The enemy ninjas laughed at him. "Does he really expect to call forth a fireball? Thats imposs......" His words were cut off by the sight of a huge fireball aiming towards him and his squad. Sarukin grinned as he controlled the direction of the fireball, increasing the size of it as it neared the group. While it wouldn't do any physical damage, it was a great distraction, for the ninja were quick to hold their attacks and get out the way.

Description: The user reaches out his/her hand, sending a stream of petals/debris from their palm towards the opponent. The debris encircle the enemy and surrounds the opponent and the user, quickly spinning over and over again. This hides the user form the opponent's sight, allowing them a time to think, run away, or set up for a jutsu. They, however, cannot attack the ninja affected by this jutsu. Lasts for 3 posts.
Rp Sample Sarukin focused his chakra into his hand and outstretched it towards his opponent. Flower petals appeared along with other things, the debris slowly surrounding the opponent. The ninja had put up guard, expecting the petals to somehow explode or do something unexpected. But instead of that, they simply began to spin, the area quickly being filled with it. The ninja began to panic, looking around for an escape. Sarukin merely stayed quiet, for now he had a chance to work on his next jutsu.

Description: If the user comes under attack, he/she can use this technique to cover his/her escape. After forming the needed hand seals, the user's body will disperse into a shower of debris, usually being flower petals or smoke. This will confuse and distract her opponent while she escapes or hides. Can work with any debris around. Cannot attack enemy ninja while using this.
Rp Sample "Uh oh. This isn't good." Sarukin was cornered, three ninja surrounding him on all sides. He couldn't take them all on, not at once. He began his handsigns, performing them as quickly as possible. A kunai was thrown at him, the speed of it incredible. However, when it hit Sarukin, something strange happened. Instead of blood appearing out of his arm, Sarukin disappeared into a shadow of smoke, the kunai going straight through him and landing on the floor. "Sarukin" slowly dispersed, leaving the ninja baffled as to where he had went. That'll keep them occupied for a while.

Description: This is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a vision of fire. The victims of the genjutsu will believe they are being engulfed by a torrent of fire from all sides and they will most likely spend their time trying to escape. The victim feels intense heat while in the circle, like 100 degrees or so, but if they walk through the fire, they will receive no harm and []not feel unbearable pain, unlike watching Sex and the City.
