I was thinking of some combos using Mist Ninjutsu with Suigetsu's Bloodline. Since the Bloodline gives the ability to melt down into water, it should be possible to melt into mist as well.
EXAMPLE!!!
Say I used the Hidden Mist Ninjutsu, would I be able to melt my own body down into the mist that I created and use it for stealth attacks?
Also, I noticed that Suigetsu's ability to move body mass from one limb to another and increased speed, strength, and size of the affected limb wasn't included in the Bloodline listing. Was this ability banned or just forgotten?

No. That would create too many OP situations. Suigetsu lets you turn into water, thats it.

Does rank matter when teaching a jutsu? like could a chunnin be taught by a genin who knows a jutsu they do not?

in the ninja skills section of the profile i had been browsing at other profiles for examples and i truly have no understanding of what the following means :+2 jutsu per post,s : Does this mean you can use two jutsu in each post? i simply dont understand, sorry for my ignorance to the subject.

Yes. You usually can only use one jutsu per post, but certain types have the ability to use more. +2 for Speed, +4 for Combo.

Can I give my teacher a bloodline jutsu scroll so he can allow me to learn it, or can one of you guy come a teach it to me? My bloodline is Pin Point and there is no one beside me and another person.

No you need crew to NPC you a bloodline head person. Im pretty sure.
My question:
Weapon specialist gives -2 posts to learn weapon style.
Zanbatō style has really no techniques that can be learned (3 total..) But you have to do 30 posts of training per stage, would that -2 bonus only make you have to do 28 posts? >.> or what?

I've been wanting to know for a while! there doesnt seem to be any changes yet on either posts listing Aburame skills, so could you post here, or pm me or something when you figure something out? i'm actively watching this thread, and refreshing the clan posts over and over again gets old after a bit. It’s cleaner than just disappearing into dust. A couple of people have already done it. (One Sand kid, and Orchid, I think.) Have your RPC leave your Kage a letter saying why you’re doing it (make up a reason), then go to some deserted place and commit suicide, and make a new profile for a new RPC. That's what I'd do, at least.

You don't have to have your character commit suicide stare , in fact please don't, it's a little strange, if you don't like your character just delete the profile and make a new one
