Oooow. Kiya stood again though, staring at Creed even as she panted, her gaze unwavering. That was possibly the hardest she had ever fought, and for someone she didn't truly know. Didn't even know his name, all she knew was he had helped her. Now she him. The wolf had been easy, strong and big but not nearly prepared enough for her. Creed however... she couldn't fight him. Not when he was facing her and ready. "There's nothing left for you here, Vampire." Still watching him she went over to Wrath, feeling the crucifix against her fur as she nudged him. She would heal. No matter what Creed had said, she wasn't too sure about Wrath.

" Incorrect, but your ignorance is expected." sheathing his sword he simply turned on his heel, his gaze hesitateing on Wrath's still form until his back was fully turned away. He had fought far more than Creed had expected him to.. and while he would laugh at a normal hunter in that situation, he had only watched in stony silence as Wrath was brought down. not quite to his knees.. the grim smile returned as he walked away. blood tells all, Wrath can no longer hide his. none of their blood would ever kneel to the enemy. Without a sound Creed left him to the woman, his guard gone like smoke on a dark night.

In the exact moment Creed vanished Wrath sucked in a breath, his blood matted hair falling over his eyes as his body kick started back to life.. jerking and shakeing as every nerve ending cried out in pain. he made it onto his back.. and it was almost too sudden that his body fell still again, his eyes open but glazed and his chest riseing and falling calmly.. belying the bloody hole in his stomach and the minor cuts along his chest. He was used to pain.

Tempted to bite him she turned to find him gone. Typical. When Wrath sucked in a breath her attention immediately went back to him, sucking in a breath at the wounds that covered him. How was he not fighting? Maybe he did have a death wish. Not wanting to hesitate anymore she shifted back to her human form, her eyes returning to normal slowly as she knelt by him. "Easy, easy. Even with the pain you are one lucky man, not many could survive what you just did." The shift had hurt because of her brawl with the other wolf, but she ignored it. His pain was worse.

" W-as.. nothing." It was childs play compared to his usual wounds in hunting.. and Creed had made sure all of these wounds were survivable, for a Dhampir at least. with painstakeingly slow motions he started to pull the chains off of himself, the gore of his own flesh so familiar he didnt pause to study the damage. His strength lagged and his torn hands hit the ground, draging the cross' branded chain links over his skin and makeing him hiss. No choice.. " Kiya.. the chains. please."

If this was nothing, she prayed to God she wouldn't have to see everything. Hearing the chains burn his skin and the hiss that escaped his lips made the hair on the back of her neck rise. So badly that his words took a moment to comprehend. But when they did she moved fast, not wanting to see him burnt again as she pulled the chains off as carefully as she could. When they were off she had to fight back the wave of dizziness. They had burnt crosses into him, and the burns looked deeper than his own crucifix had gone into his hand. "We need to get you out of here. He said you would need blood."

" No." That was the point of this, even in this state he knew it.. Creed wanted him to kill, to be.. vampire. " Dont listen.. to him. Just a vampire." Forceing himself up he pressed his arm to his stomach, feeling Creed's blood knit the skin together even as the area itched and burned. He had been too far gone to hear the man calling him brother, but he remembered what he looked like.

So that was his fear. He was fighting his lineage, not his hunger. He didn't want to be a vampire, even if he was merely a dhampir. Stubborn fools. Shaking her head she tucked the crucifix into her pocket so the cloth covered it, wrapping an arm around his waist and pulling him to his feet. "Whether he was lying or telling the truth, his species means nothing. You don't have to kill, but you need enough to put you back on your feet. The mending on the outside isn't going to heal the inside." And the more he fought it, she feared it would get worse.

His only responce was a stony silence, standing on his own feet and gathering his weapons/mask from the tree stump. He could not argue right now, and she knew it.

Kiya took it back. This wasn't stubborn, this was pure idiocy and pride. And if he wasn't careful he would crash soon. Taking a step towards him she hissed, her hand going to her ribs as she looked down at her side. She didn't even realized the other wolf had bitten her, but now she knew as she pulled away her hand, her pale skin covered in a new coat of crimson paint. She wasn't bleeding a moment ago, she must have stretched too far. "I left your cloak by the trees about thirty feet away. I'll go get it." Biting her lip past some of the stinging in her side she slowly made her way over, cradling her ribs.

There was no hesitation, Wrath droping his hands onto her shoulders the second he smelled her blood. " Shift." Dire's healed when they shifted, and he was far more worried about her injury than his own. gritting his teeth he swallowed a portion of his pride, offering.. of all things.. a truce. " I will feed until you are satisfied I am healthy, but you must heal yourself first."

His hands dropping on her shoulders spooked her, making her squeeze her ribs even as he spoke. So he could swallow his pride. But why did it always take a female injured to get a man to listen? She didn't like it. But all the same, he was right. This injury was bad while she was on two legs. "Ok." Ducking away from his hands she shifted to her wollf form, immediately filled with pain, but then sweet relief as her ribs healed and she padded forward a few steps. "Good call." Going forward a little more she went to the trees, picking up his cloak from its folded position and bringing it over to him.

He just twitched his lips at her, takeing his cloak and putting his mask between its folds. she had seen his face, there was no use in hiding it now. However.. he had seen that expression just before she shifted, and that was the source of his humor. " I listened, because it was likely the only way to make you do the same. you are very stubborn."

"And you pray for forgiveness when there is nothing to forgive." Waiting until she was sure her ribs were ok she shifted back, cracking her back with a sigh of appreciation. Yes, it was definitely better. "And don't you think people of our profession have to be stubborn. It goes hand in hand with being driven or determined, otherwise none of us would get our mark in the end." She didn't mention she would have healed eventually. It just would have been in human form and taken hours. And those hours would not have been comfortable.

Zai Hana walked through the forest, her long neon purple dreads tied back, an open bag slung across her shoulder. With several different containers inside, she was working on collecting different assortments of mosses, plants, herbs, and so on.

" Fair enough." The sound of footsteps drew his attention, his dark gaze sliding to the side as his nose flared.. drawing in Zai's scent slowly. Her blood was.. off.. but smelled so tempting. His body locked up as he gritted his teeth, fangs cutting his lip as they snapped into view. His voice was strained as he managed raggedly. " Kiya.. hit me."
