The Bootyful Quartet had managed to meet up in the ruins that once had been the capitol city of the Water Kingdom. Michael had recovered fully, thanks to Gabriel, and the four of them were now discussing their plans. Raphael kept watch for enemies, while Yuriel spoke
"I think, right now, it would be best to wait, Vain Ziler and his crew should be able to shed some light on what the hell is going on. It just doesn't add up, Shinji's supposed defecting. Not to mention, Jagen seems to be receiving aid from the Black Star Nation. I left a message for Tenji to meet up with us here once Vain had arrived, but I am not sure if he has received it yet"

"Vain wont be coming." Shinagame appeared behind the guys. "He has leads to follow up on in Earthrealm, Tenji and I are leading the battle here."
Tenji and his goat landed down on the ground; he looked at the men with an odd expression, then created a bowl of cookies from thin air. "Want some?"
"This isn't the time for cookies..."
"And you! It's Tenji Makashi Mahashi, you have to say the whole thing, just like A Pup Named Scooby Doo."

"Oooh, cookies, I do believe I will!" Michael rushed to the bowl and began gobbling them up like a wild animal.
Uriel nodded as Gabriel giggled at Michael "Forgive me, I always thought such formalities were only neccessary when in the presence of the person. But, anyway, if that is the case, what is the current plan of action? You know Jagen will be out for blood when he realizes Elise has been saved. Which brings me to my next question, did you check to make sure Zero blade was not lurking? I find it difficult to believe Jagen would allow Elise to be left unattended, he can be quite the overprotective father. Something just doesn't smell right, but I cannot put my nose to it."

"I thought this weird myself, and came to two ideas. Either one; it wasn't his choice to leave her, or two," an explosion could be heard off in the distance, and three figures could bearly be made out heading towards them. "he was using her as bait to get us grouped up."
"So, his teacher decided to join the cause." Dracgoon was in his Highmental state, with Zero and Shinji to his side.

Raphael walked over between the others and their opponents. His voice was deep and stony in his transformed state. "Uriel, takeeveryone and go, use the dimesional fold, they won't be able to track you that way" He turned to face Dracgoon's crew, and letting out a huge grunt, he slammed his hands to the ground, and rocky spires rose up, creating a wall of earth. He made a handsign, ready for their attack
Uriel frowned "Does anyone feel like retreating?"

"Retreat is a wise option, it's better to live to redeem oneself, then to die in shame." Normally, she alone would have an easy time against Dracgoon, but she could sense something unnatural within his body; the virus of the Black Star Nation.

Uriel looked to the others and nodded, then led the others through the dimensional fold. Raphael looked to Shinagame "Don't you worry, Miss, I'll cover you, and make sure they don't follow. I'll meet you all in a few hours" He saw the look on her face and reassured her "Do not trouble yourself, I will not die at the hands of the like of them"

"Just get out when things get too bad." With that, they left for the portal, leaving Shinji and Zero to swoop in; both charged a mix of light and dark energy and blasted Uriel hard while Dracgoon started to conjure skeletons.

((Uriel was the first to go through, Raphael is left behind))
Raphael guarded the attack, only being knocked back a few feet, and he stoof firm, sealing the fold behind him. He leaped up and slammed his feet hard as he came down, and the ground shook, giving way in places, and jutting up in others, causing am massive rockslide to collapse around them "You boys should respect the power of earth, rather than underestimate it!" He disappeared underneath the crushing rocks as they came down

Zero just smirked as he stomped the ground, followed by thrusting a fist forward; this caused waves to rise from the water front beside them to protect from the attack.
Shinji levitated slightly in the air, trying to keep an eye out for where Raphael could strike from. "Why fight a battle you cannot win?"

Raphael's voice rang out "Whoever said I was fighting?" The now muddy ground rose up, solidifying into hard clay, forming a dome overhead with a small opening at top. The energy flow in the ground ceased, and Raphael's aura vanished from the area.
Uriel stood at the camp of the Fire Kingdom, where he connected to through the fold. He looked to Shinagame apprehensively "What will be our next course of action. You saw it right? That unholiness inside of Dracgoon?"

Dracgoon was ready and thousands of small bone pillars shot up from the ground, smashing the hardened clay, and even stabbing every one a few times, including himself. From the pillars, armies of skeleton warriors swung down the poles, weapons at the ready.

"It just further proves my original idea of Shinji..." She took in a deep breathe. "Shinji is, in fact, dead. His body is just a puppet for Dracgoon... and Dracgoon having three boosts to his power; the Red Moon Curse, the Highmental State, and what ever evil he put into his body..."

Raphael emerged from the ground, still transformed "So it would appear." He had a bad wound in his upper left arm, resulted from dracgoon's counter "Even in my Red Moon state I was no patch for his power, even as I escaped, I still ended up sustaining a nasty wound."
"You fool!" Gabriel rushed over to him and cast a healing spell. "You know, I worry about you, what if you had been killed? Be more careful, I don't want to lose you...."
Uriel twirled his hair "Yes, I did notice something uholier than usual about him. Even Dracgoon has a heart. Or should I say, he hada heart. I don't know anything about it, but, I intend to find out. I will go, and see what I I can gather on this. Please, don't die before I return" He opened a portal to Earth Realm and left.
Michael punched the ground "Damn those bastards! First the enlist the help of that demon inside the pillar of reason. Now they have killed Shinji and are using his body, aswell as some sort of hidden trump card? This is pissing me off, why do the bad guys always have to fight unfairly!?"

Shinagame grew a chastire cat grin that Vain would use during a time like this, and said just what Vain learned from his old mentor: "All the more fun for us."

Michael began ranting again, so Raphael walked over and stretched his mouth out to a smile of inhuman proportions "C'mon now, let's see you smile for once, no sense in getting overly worked up about this"
Gabriel chuckled as Michael began complaining and trying to free his face from Raphael's grasp. He turned to Shinagame "Well then, I suppose we should figure out a course of action then, war is inevitable then?"
