He looked around at the empty area. He heard Highcom come threw telling everyone about the pelicans. He jogged to the LZ and started to arrange everything. He wanted the transfer to be as swift as possible. They would be easy targets if the Covis tryed to launch a attack.

Jenkins looked out over the battlefield. He sighed. His eyes passed over the tree line....then jerked back.....Movement?...nooo...aw s**t... "Uhh sir? I swear i just saw somthing move in those trees over there...Camo Elites?...." Jenkins said. There was little emotion in his voice.

Twombley looked over at Jenkins again, since he had kinda looked off into the sky at the otherside of the ring. "Huh?" The Lieutenant looked over towards where Sergeant Jenkins was talking about, and noticed a bit of movement himself, spots where the light was being bent like water. "Dammit, i think your right."

He was running up the hill to tell Twombley that everything was ready for the dust off. He noticed him and Jenkins looking off into the distance and asked "whats wrong?"

The Lieutenant looked over to the Sergeant, "well were damn well not gonna take them out on our own, were not even sure how many of them there are." He shouldered his rifle too, flipping the safety off and motioning for Jenkins to move towards a debre pile, and motioned to the other marine to do the same without even answering his question. He moved and opened up a com to the Major urgently, Major, we've have Unidentified movement on our position. Possible Covi Spec Ops sir, be advised they are closing in on our position.'
Mathias looked at the other Marine, "Covenant, or at least we think so, Jenkins you better get back to the LZ, its safer there."

"Well, why don't you just give a quick burst, if they fire back at least we will know they are there, I for one would rather know they are there then to wait and see while they close in on us" He was behind the cover of a rock following Twombly's order." "And if i fire a burst at them and it happens to be Marine or Navy crew and a bullet catches someone in the head? Ill be courtmarshalled." He shot back at the Marine. "But, I highly doubt its Marines..so," He stood up and poked his gun around the corner looking down the scope, "Light 'em up i say."
