Due to controversy in the clan subforum.. I'm going to have to ask everybody's opinion on the starting multiplier/stats deal.
In my opinion, the multiplier makes a lot of sense and represents gradual growth and stats practically change every single level. In the case of +X per Y levels in a stat, I think that generally, it takes far too long to level, especially in this period of the guild's activity levels. Nobody save for a few dedicated individuals have higher than genin characters that they trained from scratch.(in fact, there may be none, but I'm not TOO sure about that.)
I think that the multipliers are fair enough, considering that if you had x1.2 and x0.8 in a stat, it take 5 points to gain an extra point, and it simply takes 6 trained points to add +1 to the modifier. it seems fair enough to me; Ghost, I know you have a problem with it, could you explain to me your reasoning?
legitimate talks/debates please, let's not cause drama over something as trivial as already approved clans that have seemingly been working for the past 2 months at least.

X.'s would only increase a gap between normal clanless shinobi and claned shinobi. AND(!) you'd end up gimping a claned shinobi alot if you redid the -stat's for some of them to fit into this new system. Personally, if you want to gimp claned shinobi to fit the needs of unclaned shinobi why even have clans? I could understand uchiha and hyuuga where they are so overpowered they can touch you and you instantly explode from the damage but with clans like my Anzan and Kenkomishi its not that bad (especially on Kenkomishi...where their only gaining factor is Awareness and besides everything else they are not far from normal shinobi.)
my point is this: all this seems to be at the moment from what i read is people without clans complaining that their characters are vastly unequal to a character with a clan (which is what its supposed to be mind you...with the stats that clans can possibly give) and those people are trying to get clans to where they are uninteresting to play. Clans already have enough of a problem getting recruits this new system would only make that worse.
