Terasu looked forward to the town and sighed. She didn't want to go there. She had a fresh supply of apples anyways now. Why bother going to restock. Quietly she looked over her shoulder and shook her head. Where was he? Behind her? Or in the town already somehow? Finally she carried on and caught up with the so called 'free lance', occasionally looking over her shoulder. Just the two of them: he would not try anything, would he? Terasu merely followed after the theif, as that was what should call him, into the tavern and noticed him having fallen down. "Lucky," she muttered kneeling down next to him and allowing her hands to take a bright green glow. "Lucky that I'm around," she clarified and she rested her hands against his arm which she had noticed him having held for most of the way here in order to heal it.

Before it even happend Clare had already jumped up (this was really the point of her visions) Moguri! then she heard the bang as he hit the floor. Where is everyone else??

Moguri laid there motionless,but a great deal of pain had been eased in his arm. All he had to do now was rest.

saiku kept her eyes closed but listened to cloud wondering what he was talking about... perhaps the vampire? no he must be talking about moguri.... saiku drifts in and out of sleep as she wonders about cloud. what is he doing?... zzzz...he died.... cloud... who are you?.... zzzz....
saiku woke with a start, the dreams had frightened her. they made her remember the days she served her master. no... he wasn't her master anymore he's a cur, a dog. nothing more than that. saiku tried to calm down her breathing... "damn it" saiku whispers to herself.

saiku looks at cloud and notices his elongated fangs. saiku regrets transforming cloud and nearly breaks down in tears but she knew crying wouldn't solve the situation. saiku gets up and walks over to cloud. "cloud... i think you need to hunt. should we go?"

Clare glanced over at a glass sitting on a table near them. she knew it would do not much but it would give time she guessed. suddenly the glass flew at Valvados's back. Clare thought to herself. Wht? i i i wasn't even thinking about really making it move. great now i can't control this either.

Valvados flinched slightly as the glass hit his back only to look towards Clare. He said nothing though as he attempted to return his attention towards the target. It seemed she had fooled this boy into thinking that she was safe to travel with.
"What I want is to do my job: to return the escaped subject to where it belongs. It's a danger to people anywhere, especially traveling around." He paused for a moment and glanced towards Clare and Darius. "Especially during hot days or even cold ones. She can't handle it very well."

"Shut up!" Terasu yelled shaking her head quickly.

"You're only getting flustered because it's true and you know it as well as I do! That was how you got out! The air conditioner was cut off from where you were kept," Valvados said quickly, now placing a hand on the handle of his rapier. "And so as it is my duty, I ask you to stand aside - else I see you as nothing more than an accomplice if not a pawn of the escaped subject," he warned Moguri only to notice that darkness had taken over the room. When it cleared - not one of the group remained. He grumbled quietly and exited the tavern, sprinting to chase the group.

'How the hell did he get here before us?!' Terasu thought as she ran along side of Darius and the others. "It's a long story," she mumbled in reply to Moguri. "To keep it short - he's a troublesome military dog and a doctor on top of that," Terasu answered. 'He gives me the creeps', she thought silently to herself as she glanced over her shoulder rather quickly. 'Of course he managed to follow us.'


Valvados continued to follow the group, it was not like they could run forever, could they? Why were they even trying to protect it as badly as they were? It made no sense to him at all.
