He nuzzled her in return, before licking her muzzle. He sat up, though, and looked down to his mate with a stern look..."Before I can do anything more.." He began, and sighed heavily, looking towards the entrance of the den, "I gotta' finish something that I should have a long time ago. A promise to myself..." He nuzzled her head, before turning around to look at Bran. He smirked in his own wolfish way, before moving away from them. "Lexi, make sure he doesn't get hurt. I'll be back in two moons." He mumbled, and broke out into a sprint towards the entrance of the den, knowing that if Haku saw him he'd try to stop him...but, he was fast, and soon disappeared into the darkness of the brightened snow.

Lexi stands up to watch her mate, staring into the storm long after he's no longer visible, before resignedly sitting back down with an thoughtful sigh.

The wolf sighed and shook his head, before moving to the front of the den again. The snow was lessening even more. "..Jade," He muttered, looking over at her. "You're not planning on leaving us too, are you?" Tilting his head, he would sigh. Maybe she wanted to as well.. he wouldn't stop her either.

Looking around the cave, he would allow his left ear to twitch like normal. He kind of wished Selia was here.. He missed his baby sister, and wanted to show her that she was an aunt now.

As Haku moved away Kamali gave a little growl, and it surprised him. He listened to Lexi's and Tobias' talk, but as each moved away he stood and shook, slipping further back in the den, trying to get away from the other wolves. He was not angry exactly, mostly upset. They seemed to be intent on guilt tripping him to stay, of what he heard from the conversations.

He did not like it, at all. And the more he felt it was happening the more he was starting to like being in the pack. Packs were suposed to suport your dissions and make you feel safe. They were doing neither. He was just feeling guilty and upset, and fustrated.

His tail tucked between his legs, ears flat as he found a small niche and snuggled into it, eyes shutting. He was trying to block out everything around him. It was not right for Haku to make him feel this way about wanting to travel. Did Haku not realize how much his opinion ment to Kamali?

Maybe I should just stay here. At least then he will stop fussing over it. He winced, hating those kinds of thoughts. It is not as if I am deserting them. Far from it. He liked this pack. For the most part. When they weren't all being depressive and angry, and pouty, as he was now.

Why should he not be curious about the world? Why should he be content with just one place? He sneered silently, shaking his skull. Is that what they want? For me to stay here and be ignorent of the world?

That would never do. I do not want to leave the pack. But maybe it is best? I do not want to be pressured into staying here when ever I want to travel... he whined softly. Who am I joking? I love this pack, even if they do not think so. He shifted, trying to curl himself into a tighter ball, thoughts continueing to drift through his minf.

Jade smiled at Haku and shook her head. I'm not going anywhere! She felt so comfortable around her new family, an emotion not felt in a while.

Joined by Tobias, Jade had a burst of energy. Jumping to her feet, tail wagging, she greeted the wolf. Im Jade! It's a pleasure to meet you Tobias. Finally with someone to talk too, Jade sat up straight and grinned at the bored wolf. I have been waiting for someone to talk too! I am so bored in here! She turned and glanced at the storm still caging her in the cave. When do you think this will end? I want to go and visit my grand-father... Jade paused for a moment, realising that her grand-father could be injured pr trapped somewhere. She forced the thoughts out of her mind, wanting to maintain her positive attitude.

Where are your parents Tobias?

Bran winces slightly at the n** to the ear, reaching up to carefuly lift Keara off his shoulder, in spite of her nuzzling. The pup has a much sweeter disposition than her mother. "Thats enough of that Littlebit. I don't have anything for you, and I'd prefer your demon mother leave me with all my fingers." He puts the pup on the ground, giving her a light fluff of her fur and moves to stand up. It's going to be a long, chilly walk home, but at least now he's fairly certain he can FIND home. He takes the bowstring back out of his pocket and carefuly restrings the bow, which creaks softly as he bends it to put the string back on. "There's a good girl then." He reasures the pup as he reshoulders the bow and sheath's his knife at his belt.

Lexi stands up as Bran does, earning her a cautious look from Bran, although her motions aren't threatening. She streches languidly as he heads for the door.
"I'm going to find out where it lives Haku..." She says quietly. "And get some air." The den still has the lingering smells and tenseness of the goings on, and she wants her head clear. Besides, it will mean she can keep an eye on the human, as asked. "Want to come?"

Lexi looks amused as Keara scrambles up unto the shoulders of a surprised Bran/Sloane, who shrugs slightly to try and keep her from chewing through the cord of his necklace (A small charm of black stone, with carnelian and ivory to make the red and white blocks on the wings of a Blackbird, the cord strung through it's outspread wingtips) but otherwise has his hands full.
"I don't know that I could stop her if I tried!" She pads out into the deep snow, blinking around at the landscape burried in thick white, and Bran emerges behind her.

"You trying to eat that or trying to look at it?" Bran asks of Keara. "You're going to get me in trouble you know." He looks around to orient himself, and then heads forward, picking up his feet as he makes his way through the snow. It's a bit more work than regular walking, but it would be just as much if not more to just plow through it, and this will at least keep his clothing from being soaked through as quickly. He juggles the bow over one arm as he walks, loosening the cord, which has an sliding knot to make it easy to remove if need be, and pulls it over his head with one hand. "Chogan..." He explains, although the little wolf hasn't demonstrated her mothers skills. "The blackbird."

"No offense, Keara...but your mother's a lot larger than you are..." Lexi notes, following slightly off to the side, alternating between highstepping and jumping through the drifts. "But Gaara asked me to keep an eye on this one. I'll help if I have to." She tilts her head thoughtfuly and keeps following. "Thats a funny thing...it looks like a blackbird, the kind that lives near ponds? Only it's stone...it smells like stone anyhow..."

Bran shakes his head listening to the two wolves make reasuringly normal sounds for a wolf, not the sort of mental roaring that the she wolf was capable of. He doesn't understand what they're trying to comunicate, not in full, but at least this feels...more reasonable.
"There you go little bit..." He drops the loose cord around the pups neck, broad enough to dangle around her chest and feet a bit. "Keep an eye on that until I've got another hand free."
