But water flows, and it doesn't go by time. It flows by the laws of nature, and that what makes things 'flow' as you put it.

It contains change, not time. We think the change as time due to our ignorance of the universe.

Change cannot happen without time. Humankind created a form of time, but did not create time itself.

It's hard to say. I can't really think of the proper words to try and describe it ;.;. That's why humans created their form of time, to try and better understand time itself.
