No longer paying attention to anything else around him, the espada's form suddenly blurred. Seconds later, the fish disappeared and before anything else happened, the rift suddenly closed as Torrik made his exit with the well cooked morsel in his clutches.

-----Yoh collects his belongings and run off into the nite sky, in order to catch up. The other have been long gone but surely there was still some hope. "I need to move faster, I must catch up with the others. Though I am not so sure as to how I can help." Yoh thought to himself, as he kept running for the portal. It would be able to take him back to soul society.

"Ahh..." Wulf said as he arrived from within a garganta. His steely eyes swept across the ruins of the hospital, viewing the destruction that mankind created. Reaching out with his mind, Wulf found a small piece of debris. Insignificant, it may be, as it seemed to Wulf, he crushed the piece with his mind, letting the dust fall into his hand. He watched as the dark gray pieces of nothing slipped through his fingers. His mind, like a record played back a poem he had read before.
I stand amid the roar Of a surf-tormented shore, And I hold within my hand Grains of the golden sand-- How few! yet how they creep Through my fingers to the deep, While I weep--while I weep! O God! can I not grasp Them with a tighter clasp? O God! can I not save One from the pitiless wave? Is all that we see or seem But a dream within a dream?
He could not remember where the poem was from or who had written it, but it reminded him of a similar feeling. If he could not save one from a pitiful fate, what would his point in this world be? Wulf ran his hand through his blond hair in frustration.

His answer came quickly as a Cero deafeningly screamed towards him; the sound was echoed by the crushing spiritual pressure of a fellow Espada, an Espada that once had the same rank as he. She forfeit it simply because she didn’t want to fight, but now she wasn’t sure if she could keep up with the other Espada, if she was getting weaker because she avoided every fight. As the pink light of the Cero faded Ishi was found atop a large chunk of the building, three stories above the ground, it was as if she were waiting for him. She glared upon him, her eyes fixed upon Wulf’s figure; his steal glare was matched by her pink and devilish eyes. The static ‘womf’ was heard as she vanished from view, re-appearing before him slashing her Japanese spear upward diagonally left to right. As she attempted to cleave him in half diagonally she spun with the momentum of the blade and sent her heels up and over her head performing a perfect side flip, landing in a low but loose offensive Bushido stance…
This fight wasn’t anything more than a test for herself, this man had once stated that he’d fight her for the fourth Espada rank, she them quickly gave it up not wanting anything to do with him, but now his offer sounded so pure and entrancing; his offer still stood within her mind, and if he slipped she’d kill him and take her rank back; but that wasn’t her objective, she wanted only to test her sealed state abilities. Performing Ressureccion would attract the Shinigami, and she didn’t want that for either herself or her brother Espada. Though she didn’t know much about him, and sincerely didn’t care much for him, she respected him enough to consider him as a brother. After all, he was an Espada now, a worthy rank to be classified as family even if none of them attempted to aid each other.

"Hmph..." Wulf said as his left hand hissed. The small white orb that had once been a cero dissipated as Ishi's pink attack of the same name vanished. Two small craters almost instantly formed in the ground, one of which, was just below his feet. The other was four feet in front of him. At the edge of the crater in which Wulf was not standing were the footprints of his attacker. Wulf was on the verge of speaking, trying to process his situation when he noticed it: his entire shirt had been ripped off, revealing his incredibly muscular body and his '4' tattoo on his chest.
As Wulf finally came to the sight of Ishi, he began to laugh a sickening laugh. "If you choose to strike at me, I will have no choice but to eradicate you." Wulf raised his left hand again, keeping his right tucked away in his pocket. A large amount of the debris in the area picked itself off the ground. Using his own will, Wulf moved the debris around Ishi, floating and moving almost like fish in the deep-blue. Wulf clenched his hand, sending the debris flying in at Ishi with what seemed to be a death-intent strike.
The debris fit itself together like a puzzle, each tiny grain of dust falling into place. The broken mess had formed a makeshift cylinder around Ishi, almost two feet thick around, twelve feet high. Leaving Ishi only an opening at the top with little lateral space, this cylinder was almost a prison. Forcing the pieces of the debris together, Wulf caused enough pressure to bind the rocks and fill the cracks in the cylinder's structure.
Less than an instant after completing his cylinder, Wulf drew his right hand from his pocket, extracting heat from the air and into his core. Frost seemed to form over the Arrancar's hand. Starting at the knuckles, Wulf placed his right hand over his left and pulled it out towards the air. Instantly freezing the water in the air, Wulf formed a frozen spike, just as hard as any steel.
Sonidoing up to the cylinder, Wulf began to circle it. A cracking noise was heard every few moments as holes appeared across the diameters of the Cylinder on both sides. The noise was equal to a jackhammer. Wulf was plunging the spike through the cylinder, all the way through to the opposite side. There was no blood on Wulf's ice blade, but he didn't expect there to be any. Had he pierced Ishi, her blood would freeze in place before it made contact with the blade.

Shocked that he simply pushed the attack away with so little effort she quickly regained her ground and remained in her stance just as long as he had lifted his arm to charge his slow attack, it was the kind of attack you’d perform while doing a finishing blow, she wasn’t even close to being warmed up within this fight, the attack was a lofty hail marry that was only meant to get his attention. As he moved so did she; nobody could have been stupid enough to remain in place while the chanter performed his dance to completely annihilate her. Simply using Senido she vacated the area without looking back, she watched from a distance as he finished his attack, she simply waited until he noticed that she wasn’t in the make shift prison. Quickly she blurred form view with the signature static ‘womf’ and reappeared before him jabbing the japanese spear at his throat quickly once, as she puled it back she dropped into a crouch, jabbing the spear between his legs then throwing herself up with a quick jump dragging the blade straight up to cleave him in half. Hovering in air the small woman quickly began to spin, kicking with her heels, raining down bala blasts over his entire form and the ground around him, pelting what ever debris into nothing but dust.
She continued to rain the bala’s down upon him, hoping to get him to move, to make him serious; this wasn’t just practice, she’d kill him the first chance she’d get if he made any mistakes. Not only was she testing her own ability but making sure that he was fitting for fourth Espada. Though she wanted to reply to what he had said, Ishi decided against it with only quickening her attacks, making them slightly more in-accurate, but with more attacks per second. Already as she rained the bala’s down upon the fourth espada she was trying to figure out a way to make this surprise attack even, she’d apologize but she doubted that this man would accept such an offer after an ex-espada attacked a current espada, Aizen would surely be upset with her antics, but she was willing to explain herself. Everyone was there the day he threatened to fight her for her rank, how she simply passed it up and gave it too him.
In all of her career as an Arrancar, serving under Aizen, she had never once lifted her blade towards a person to kill them, never once ever intended to destroy anything without the intention of making it right afterwards. It was the kind of person she was, what was the point in killing someone? She’d leave them alive, in hopes that they’d grow stronger, and come back for revenge, to make sure that she herself continued to grow stronger, and in the end, every one won the battle. All fighters would grow stronger, their personalities would harden and become disciplined in the art of combat. She hated it, but it was the key to survival, she’d become an Espada because she was able to hold her own against any foe offered to her. Wulf was just another opponent, nothing personal. Just a man with a number tattooed on his body, rank meant nothing, power didn’t recognize rank, it recognized who was still alive, and who was dieing. Nothing more, nothing less... In a way, this was a life or death scenario, Ishi was treating it as such.

Wulf was no fool. He thrusted his chin down, knocking Ishi's spear towards the floor. She wouldn't notice, as her movements matched the spear's. Wulf found Ishi's movements rushed, leaving many opportunities for evasion. Wulf, who was not a defensive person in the least, did not touch his opponent's spear as it came up to attempt to cleave him in half. Wulf simply stepped back away from the tip of the long weapon. The small screech of the spear tearing through the air was all but inaudible. Wulf became amused at this subject. Studying her movements, Wulf mapped out her strategy. Ishi's semi-pacifism led to her inability, or the illusion of it, to seal a finishing blow. Wulf wasn't worried about her attempts at him. In the end, he knew that he wouldn't kill this Arrancar, as she posed no threat upon his life. For now, Wulf would toy with her.
Wulf's ice blade sublimized as he put intense amount of heat into it. With his left hand burning with a white flame imbued with reiatsu, he viewed the female Hollow-Shinigami hybrid's rain. Ultimately, Ishi was wasting her reiatsu, as Wulf was not going to move from the place at which he stood. Using his left hand, Wulf blocked every single bala that came his way. "Your storm has a key element missing from it..." Wulf called up to Ishi as her storm completed. Wulf's right hand found its way to his blade, whose tip was resting upon the ground in its scabbard. The blade screeched as it was removed from its sheath, swinging across in a large arc. Wulf snapped his left hand, extinguishing the flames that once engulfed it.
In this case, the thunder was the precedent sensory input. The ground rumbled as the sonic boom spread the dust from the area. It was in that instant that a bolt of lightning fell from the sky. The white beam, 10 feet in diameter fell just as fast as a Bala with the same power as a normal Cero. It was one of Wulf's specialty Ceros: The Cero Meteor. The Cero's name was a misnomer, as the Cero was homologous to a bolt of lightning.
"Let me see what you can do..." Wulf said his blade to his side, the tip upon the ground.

((OOC: Hollow-Shinigami hybrid? Ishi is a full on Arrancar. Um, maybe your getting me confused with Tei?)) As his ability to throw off her spear’s trajectory she simply pushed along against his force, grunting lightly as she attempted to counter balance his attack. Ishi was no profound warrior, and she found little reason to fight most of the time; now she wanted to measure her power against this mans, a person who held the same rank she once had. Though it wasn’t noticeable at first, but she recognized Wulf’s movements to be comparable to a mockery. Seeing him do this caused to feel frustrated, the instinct to move faster and hit harder wanted to take over her mind causing her to become a mindless attacker putting little thought into any attack. Knowing that Wulf was more of a warrior than she, Ishi simply stopped. Breathing in deeply her eyes flashed white as the particles in the air began to absorb into her body, fueling her energy level. Balancing out her stamina slightly, sadly for Wulf though, it would take a long time for the bala’s to drain enough energy to slow her movements or her attacks. After all, she was still an Espada. Her eyes glared at him as she took in another slow and steady breath, watching him, calculating her next set of moves.
Listening to him she giggled again, ”This is no storm Wulf…” She took in another slow breath before she scratched her cheek causing it to bleed, licking the tips of her nails she grinned and took in a sharp breath, charging a Gran Ray Cero within her chest. Wulf was getting ready for something the air was thick with static as the elemental warrior continued to prove that he had mastered a few elements. Her mind raced with idea’s with how she could match his talent, ”It is simply the flash before the thunder.” As she spoke pink fire wisped out from her mouth.
Though the sound of the attack hurt her ears, she simply stood on the air without moving, she like him would prove that she didn’t need to avoid his attack, to prove that she was equal to his ability to fight. Looking up she screamed loudly sending a shrill sonic blast of her own along with the explosion of energy of the Gran Ray Cero within her chest blasting forth towards his attack. It was common knowledge that a gran ray cero was triple the power of a normal cero, and with ease her attack cut through his before it even crashed through the clouds. Above her the clouds parted as her powerful attack cut through the atmosphere. Looking down to him with a cocky smile she was breathing heavily, ”Oh Wulf, come play with me, please!?”

((Sorry it took so long. BTW, I don't like repeating words too much, so I use synonyms. I may occasionally refer to myself as the 4th Espada.))
Wulf drew his blade back. A sinister blue aura formed around the hilt of the massive Zanpakuto. "Play?" Wulf said in disbelief. "War is not a laughing matter! Lives are not yours to play with!" Wulf's cold eyes looked up at Ishi, filled with hatred. His blade began to screech as his own Gran Rey Cero charged. "Power like ours was not meant to be!" He cried as his blade reached its pinnacle. Ishi's Gran Rey Cero was within 10 feet of him before Wulf stabbed his blade forward, unleashing his Gran Rey Cero. The space-time continuum halted for a moment as the equal forces conflicted with each other.
They were wearing out. The Gran Rey Ceros had become weak after minutes of contact. Wulf felt safe in ceasing his exertion. He disappeared from his position on the ground, allowing the weakened Gran Rey Cero to crash to earth, imprinting a small crater in its surface. Wulf's sonido came with a static sound as he reappeared behind Ishi. "I will not yield." Wulf said. "If you continue to fight me, I will have no choice but to beat you into submission." His voice was cool, but strong. Wulf meant what he said and had the ability to back it up.

((OOC: No problem! Well in all of my writing and literature classes we were taught not to repeat ourselves, to mix it up by using different words/synonyms. I do the same thing, it’s just that I pulled a blond moment back there and forgot what you meant by shinigami-hollow hybrid. No worries heart )) As the man continued to prove that he was worthy of his rank, and revealed that he too had to use just as much force as she to counter her attacks relieved her. The fight was over, Ishi already knew that this fight would go on until either party was exhausted and could no longer move, or simply enough, destroy each other. Though she was confident and prideful she knew well enough that this fight was pointless now. She got what she came for, and that was reassurance that she was just as powerful as the day she left her rank. Sadly, this was only temporary, eventually she would loose her power to technique. When Torrik came back to claim his rightful rank, she would become his Fraccion; already she was working on a new uniform to match his style of clothing. Ishi was already nesting into what would be, her new place in Las Noches.
She giggled as he retaliated on what she had said, he must have believed that she was here to kill him, nodding she was then firmly confident in her abilities; she was here to test her powers on his, to play with death, to dance on the fine line that made up either side. She giggled again as she too blurred from view with the static ‘womf’ and re-appeared above where he once stood, facing him with both arms held into a low bushido stance. Giggling she pointed to him, ”Death is a toy Wulfy!” Standing she brushed herself off and flicked her bangs slightly by tossing her head gently. Smoothing out her hair she tucked her hands into the sides of her Hakama’s. ”But I’m done playing now.” She simply popped her lips as she shrugged off his threats. Giving him a gentle and slight bow she blinked slowly and smiled at him with her pouty lips, ”Buuuuut...” She placed her index finger on her right hand upon her lower lip as if in thought, then she pointed at him gently, ”What makes you think that we don’t deserve this power Wulfy?” Her new nick name for him caused her to feel slightly devilish, but in a playful manner. Wulf was one of her brothers after all, she’d give him all the respect he deserved as fourth Espada.
She now stood on air, looking at him with her hands in the makeshift pockets of her hakama’s. ((OOC: Oh, and I wouldn't mind if our character's continued to talk.))

"I would rather not qualify my reasons for you. There is something about this place that I do not like." Wulf said as he opened a garganta. "I pity you... Life shouldn't be taken for granted. Be glad that you are still in existence." Stepping into the garganta and turning around, Wulf's '4' tattoo glistened in the last light. The portal closed, shutting Wulf off from the world.

((OOC: Short exit post. This will be a rare thing for me. *sob sob* T'is sad really.)) Ishi simply looked at the man with a curious tone within her eyes, sparkling like a young girl looking into a store full of pretty models. Blinking she took a small step away as she simply rolled her eyes and folded her arms just under her bust. Looking away she licked her lips and then popped them with a hint of irritation. Flicking her bangs slightly she closed her eyes and bowed to where he left, ”See ya... i guess.” Rising back up she looked down at the ruins and nodded slightly, ”I agree though, this place gives me the creeps.” Looking back up she giggled as she blurred from spot and danced out into the day... Daven stepped out of the gate he made through the week point in time/space of the hospital. Giving up the camouflage that his death created was probably a tactical mistake, but he couldn't stand to think that the Arancar were running all around the Sereitei. He had to help the rest of the shinigami take back their home. His whips were back in his home, and he was not in the uniform of a shinigami. He shrugged his black haori till it settled correctly on his back. This was going to be an interesting ride. (( exits ))

"Sixty three long years had past since I was here..." Kaisho said, looking around the ruins of what used to be Matsukura Hospital. It was approaching midnight as the air rolled through Karakura, with a rather warm edge to it. Kaisho has decided to come to Earth, just to see what had changed during his long time away from Karakura Town. He came to these ruins, as it was a place he remembered well from back when he was alive. It seemed the same, yet there were signs that battle had commence within its vicinity at some point. Naturally, being a Shinigami, he could tell such things by looking, although before he would have dismissed them, hardly noticing the changes in fact. Still, Kaisho sat atop a support beam that had been all but razed, the cracks and chinks held together by the iron rods within the concrete. Kaisho smiled as his memories rewinded in his mind and played before his eyes like a movie.
