Mary and Lena were wide eyed at what just took place. They quickly went on about their day afte lena closed the door.

"Its about time someone came to get me out of here. I'm stuck here taking the blame for the crap this court is doing to the people. I had to stand there and watch them haul tolly off to jail. Most of the guards loyal to me are sitting in the dungeons too, so anytime i go to leave my room i get to the front doors and get escorted back. I'm rather powerless as i am now, if I could get outside i could at least have someone watch my back till i told enough people the truth. Then maybe start planning a way to break tolly and the others out, and expose these people for the crimminals they are."

Isabella sat forward; "I didn't want to be queen in the first place, that old man tricked me into being queen, and now I have this great mess. I don't know what to do anymore..." Isabella trailed off into silence, after a fw minutes she pointed at the door on the opposite wall. "If you want to leave here unseen, go left, the fifth door on the right, down the long staircase, and you'll come to a low balcony. You can jump down into the gardens, and from there you can scale the wall and roam the city pretty easy. I can't make the jump without breaking something or I would have done it already."

Soon as they hit the trees Isabella latched her arms around Ive in a tight hug. "Thank you so much Ive, we need to go to Carnath's house, he is seven doors down from Tooles, he is part of the army, and he probably knows some who are sympathetic to our cause." Isabella laid back in her arms; "Once this is over you're getting compensated for every minute you spend here."

Carnath opened the door his eyes lifted in surprise; "You have a lot of nerve coming here after what you pulled, but humor me for a minute in telling me some lie to smooth things over. i want to shut the door in your face with a laugh on my lips."

Isabella sighed; "I didn't want any of this, its the members of the court you see, they have asserted their authority, and basically removed any opposition from coming back to harm them. I've caught Lord Hiyru sitting on my throne several times when i would walk into the throne room. I think he is the source, the planner, but I don't know who else supports him. Guards loyal to him run the palace, and are guarding Tolly. He can have me killed at his convience, and your father just as easy."

Carnath didn't look convinced; "That is really good, i just might have believed it if you weren't standing here but in a coffin."

"Fine, you want proof, here comes proof, and i bet you your weight in gold they don't listen to me at all."

The guards coming to watch Carnaths house slowed their approach seeing Isabella, Ive, and Carnath talking. They drew their weapons as they neared, and carnath came the rest of the way outside.

The lead guard spoke up; "My queen it is too dangerous for you to be outside of the palace, i will escort you back to your room, because it is much safer there." Isabella shook her head; "I'm in no need of my room, i am very safe here with these two, take your men and return to the palace at once, and tell Lord Hiyru is days are numbered."

The lead guard laughed; "My queen, your husband was worried you left without your wedding band on, and has ordered us to watch over you. These two can be dismissed from that detail."

The second to the leads left held out a beautiful wedding band, the outside very bright looking, and the inside appear just as brightly but slightly wet looking. Isabella's jaw dropped; "I am not married, i haven't even seen someone my age here that i liked, and what kind of trickery is this?"

The thrid guard laughed; "Only the best, you see the only way to outrank a queen is to become king, and to be king you need to marry. Now put your ring back on before your lies infect these two as well."

Isabella snatched the ring out of the mans fingers and looked it over. "What is the stuff on the inside, it looks wet, and i don't like this pattern anyways." the second guard grabbed Isabella's hand; "We can do this the easy way or the hard way."

Carnath didn't much care for either story, but the violence toward isabella was one thing he didn't stand for. "Excuse me, I think you need to let go of the queens hand, because clearly you have her mistaken for someone else." "Shut up dragon, no one asked for your opinion, and if you want to stay free then shut your mouth and go inside."

Carnath swatted the hand loose, the ring fell on the ground, Isabella retrieved it, but on the ground the small ring of brown began to from where the inside of the ring had touched blades of grass.

The lead guard grumbled; "Enjoy your stay in arynia, it may become shortened severly by your actions, and no records can be released at this time. The assistant director has sealed the library before someone poisoned her, until she gets out of recovery, no proof can be given, and its such a shame. You might not be around to get the proof you requested."

"I will be, and I can forward her copies. Who poisoned my sister, if it was one of you three I'll have your skins for carpets, and toss your boss across the river." The lead guard chuckled and started to walk away, the other two followed shortly after, and Carnath looked at Isabella. "I apologize for being rude to you earlier, your guard there seems antsy to leave, you may go miss, and I'll make sure nothing happens to my queen until you come for her." Carnath opened his backdoor again, and Isabella looked back at Ive. "Thanks a lot for getting me out of there, but if your really going to the dungeons. The easiet way in is the air shaft on the right side of the palace. You'll need something to cut the bars." Isabella bowed and walked past Carnath inside his house. Carnath closed the door and spoke to Ive; "The guards at the dungeon will probably be as smart as those three. To sure of themselves because everyone is under lock and key, but the halls are narrow down there so close combat will take place. I wish you luck." Carnath opened the door again stepping inside; "However if you would like a drink before you go your more them welcome to come inside."

Carnath gave her a shot of double run corn whiskey. You could smell the alcohol in it; 'Strongest I have."

She came to a room that opened up into a circle. A desk sat in the center with a guard sitting there filling out paperwork. 5 others were stationed in the room. two at each door leading to the left and right of the room. the other along the wall behind the desk guard.

The desk guard looked up and instantly smiled; "Well now sexy, visiting time is over, but your more then welcome to visit with me."

The guard at the desk stood up placing his arms on her shoulders; 'you are very naughty, how about we go somewhere with less eyes?" He grabbed the bundle of keys from the desk drawer. "Pick your door, 1 or 2, both have vacancies, the doors are sound proof, so no need for you to worry about any of these jokers hearing us."

He smiled and held her up as he tossed the keys over to one of the guards beside the door she choose. He opened it and they walked in, the guard closed and locked it behind them, he walked past the cells holding Tolly and lisa. He turned into a cell and set her down on a bed. "So who sent you down here, i really want to repay them later, because everyone i know wouldn't dream of it since I'm married."
