If I was trying to shift blame and was a cannibal, why would I bother PMing people things about clues instead of just posting it on here? I PMed you because I thought I was on to something and if I was and I posted it here I'd be making a huge target of myself.
But no, I've run several of the ideas I've had off different people outside of the message board before posting them.
Edit: As it is, we just voted Mysterious Priest off on as big of a leap from your clue as my idea was. If Ythan is right, you guys just somehow interpretted the word angel to mean Mysterious Priest. Which is how much more ridiculous than interpreting that clue as messenger and getting Hermes from that?

By a single vote the islanders had chosen their next victim. The Mysterious Priest was bound and gagged in a small cave in the mountain that only appeared when the tide was out. As the salty waters rushed in around him he let out a muffled, gurgling sound and slipped beneath the waves.
Back at the camp, all remaining human passengers were asleep. None were woken by the viscious snarling as the flesh-eating inhabitants made a meal of Vitamin Crack.
As the humans woke up to a selection of bones scattered about the beach, a rasping voice is heard throughout the camp.
"Sneaky little cannibals."
Upon closer inspection of the bones, it was clear that four different sets of teeth had gnawed on them.

So now that we've made it sufficiently clear that everyone everyone else has come up with for the clues isn't working, maybe we can start to look at other ideas that haven't warranted votes...

Gan - I think people voted for Priest because of how they interpreted VC's clue. aggeloß can mean messenger or angel. Some interpretations show it to mean God's messenger (as in a preacher, reverend... or a priest.) Apparently they were wrong.

Oh god, I still can't get over how lulzy this is.
Okay, well I've made a new chart with the people we KNOW are cannibals marked by Xs, and people we figure are not, based on clues, marked by red squares. That leaves 9 people that are possibly cannibals.
I don't think Clone is cannibal because he contributes way too much. I also don't think he could get into situations like with Ythan and Brandon on purpose.
Also, notice the pattern of the cannibals' dinners? It goes in clue order but skips over Clone. I think this is to try and make us think it's him, since so many people were gunning for him last time. And that'd be another stupid mistake of ours.
