Cori nodded, before pulling away gently to go to Tyri, leading the mare inside and quickly brushing her down, leaving the saddle and bags against the wall. "I don't want to leave her out there, not when they're hunting." she murmured as explanation, watching the mare lock her legs and let her eyes drift shut, slowly falling asleep.

He let her go, watching her lead in the mare while he went to lean against the wall with his sister. "No, thats understandable. I wouldn't either." He murmured, sinking down to the ground with a light sigh. "I hope the Queen looses that uncertainty and just find a man she loves and will be with." He muttered under his breath, he had felt what she had been feeling before they left.

Cori's eyes flickered up, having caught what he said. "I doubt Leena would stop being cautious, she's too worried about what will happen." she murmured, going over to the two as well and sitting down beside him.

Vadász sighed, that was unfortunately true. He just wished it wasn't. He wanted his queen to be happy, not miserable as he knew she was. He knew how little she felt, why she held herself back from trying to attain happiness for herself. "Yes... But she won't even reach for happiness. She..." He sighed and stopped himself, an arm sliding around her shoulders. "I just wish she would allow herself to pursue happiness." He murmured, brushing his hair back.

Cori leaned lightly against him, making note to try and talk to the queen when she saw her again. "Wonder if she'd listen to me... Dunno if it'd help or not though. But, she'll find it eventually. Have a bit of faith." she murmured, glancing up to him with a faint smile.

Vadász sighed lighty, shaking his head with a small chuckle. "Probably not. She wouldn't listen to me at all. I'm surprised she even seemed to agree with Kantern. I can only imagine what he said. I'm sure she'll find it somewhere." He murmured, nodding as he kissed the top of her head, watching rest on his other shoulder, already asleep. He smirked, snickering a little as he shook his head again. "She's a hopeless case." He whispered, not really minding if he was used as a pillow.

"It's your own fault for making a good pillow. If you weren't I doubt she'd be asleep." Cori retorted, smirking faintly. "Well, have fallen asleep so quickly."

Vadász had to choke down a laugh so he wouldn't wake his sister, brushing a hair tenderly from her face. He could see the bruises on her face, grimacing as he felt his anger rise a little but he kept it within himself, calming soon after. "Ah well.. such is life." He rested his head against Cori's gently, his hand finding hers. "She always fell asleep on me when we were kids. She would alway zoom around like her normal cheery self and then tire quickly. And it was always, "brother let me rest on you!" And I'd let her. She hasn't changed at all." He murmured, feeling a small pang of guilt as he knew he had condemned her as well to the same fate as him.

Cori smiled. "Reminds me of a hummingbird. Constantly zipping around then passing out later from exhaustion." Her sister had been like that, a stark contrast to her twin. Both were older than Cori by a good fifteen years, she hadn't seen either in years. They'd run off somewhere, doing god knows what. A mage and a thief, both constantly in trouble for minor accidents.

Vadász chuckled, nodding as he looked down to his little sister. "Yeah. We all would tease her about that and how she's a nightingale instead. Though, I think her being a nightingale is perfect." He murmured, watching his sister shift in her sleep, an arm slinking around his free one, her hand starting to slip a bit. He sighed lightly, gently shifting her so her head was resting in his lap, watching her curl up, still holding onto his arm.

Cori nodded with a faint smile. "It is. But, why is it Sarah won't let her sing? Not to pry, but it doesn't make that much sense..." she asked softly.

Vadász blinked a little, running his free hand through his sisters hair gently, sighing himself. "Well, back at the camp it would have drawn attention. But she doesn't let her sing because it makes her think back to things that pain her. And she blames me entirely for those things happening. Priya's always had to suffer for my mistakes..." He murmured, grimacing as he tried not to think back to that time.

Cori nodded meekly. "Sorry, didn't mean to bring it up." she murmured, gaze dropping down. She kept doing that, bringing up things he probably didn't want to remember.

Vadász let go of her hand, lifting her chin gently as he shifted just a little, kissing her tenderly. He knew she felt bad, but he didn't want her to. There wasn't any reason. Pulling away a moment later, he smiled warmly to her, letting her feel that warmth that he emanated just for her. "Don't worry about it. You're allowed to know." He said softly, his thumb running across her cheek before he slipped his arm back around her shoulder.
