Son of a *****!!!!
Kyrenx's Gyarados Litterally destroyed my team. That is what I get for taking it lightly. sweatdrop
Atleast I killed that blasted pest. Toxicroak FTW!!!
Edit: I never seen someone use dragon dance 7 times in one match in all my life.

The scoreboard has been updated and the standings have been brought back up for everyone to see the carnage. The boxes in yellow are battles that still need to be fought (and if they've already been fought, please let me know). Also as you can see from the standings, due to majority vote, Garrasdevil, Michael of the Clouds, Ninja99876 and Minimando have officially been dropped from the tournament roster.
Tomorrow is the last day to battle so let's finish up these final matches as at least one final gym leader spot appears to hinge in the balance. pirate

How did you let him get dragon dance in 7 times? o_O If it knew earthquake, then it's no wonder you were boned. I have a Gyarados just like that and it rocks. xD

You've forgotten someone there Flame... Nitrox Dragon. Nitrox is actually the one currently holding the fifth spot as we speak and it seems like the only ones that chance beating him now are Oblivion and Baliel. Oblivion has to battle his last match to tie Nitrox or beat Quivers to take the spot from Nitrox, and as for Baliel, he needs to get up and fighting again and win at least 3 matches to even have a shot at a gym leader spot. With onl today and tomorrow left, I wonder how the fifth and final gym leader is going to be.
EDIT: Haha, yeah... my Gyarados 2HKO'd Weezing and then the same to his Muk, all the while evading a Thunder and causing a flinch. pirate

I have a Gyarados just like that and it rocks. xD Well, the match started out with him dragon dancing the first time when I switched into my tentacruel. Then he did it again when I tryed to giga drain him, Didnt work too well might I add. And sure enough, he used earthquake. So I switched into my weezing hoping to use thunder on him, frankly I didnt want to use rain dance because I figured he would have surf or waterfall. He ended doing it again and my attack missed. Next round he used Waterfall, causing my weezing to faint. then one by one he finished off my entire team till I pulled out toxicroak. I tryed to sucker punch, figuring that his gyarados was faster than mine toxicroakm but he used dragon dance again, and might attacked failed because of such. So we ended up trying to psych one anther out and he keep using that damn move. I swear, i think he was trying to mess with mme. razz with one pp in sucker punch left, after him using 3 more dragon dances later, I decided to use poison jab, and he used waterfall. Thx to toxicroaks ablility to absorb water moves, My toxicroak was free from harm. and I was able to strike his pokemon with a nasty attack, and on the top of that poisoning it. From there I used my last sucker punch and as funny as it was, he used an attack move, which lead my priority move to strike first, and in the end, I ending up beating it. After that, he then through out his salamence. Game over. smile Edit: If my muk wouldnt have flinched, you would have had to say by by to that gyarados. scream

i sorta started analyzing from the bottem up, and i probably accidentally thot nitrox made it or something and didnt count him in the final fights
but itll be interesting to see wat happens 3nodding
@cormini: sounds like you got pretty unlucky, or kyrenx just got really witty when he fought you lol
@kyrenx: the fight between you and cormini determined wether you or burner got the spot right?

Well, the fight between me and cormini was my chance to beat Burner for the spot for good, but had I lost, it would come down to one last aeriel fight of the birds to determine who would of won the gym leader seat, and as history shows, I probably had a better chance of beating Cormini after that arse kicking Burner gave me last time. xd
Now, if Quivers does manage to beat Oblivion (assuming Baliel does nothing), Oblivion and Nitrox will have one final battle to determine who takes the title. Though if no one battles by the end of tomorrow, Nitrox wins it, so really, the pressure is all on Oblivion and Baliel at this point.
EDIT: Witty? When am I ever Witty? smile

I've given up fighting Baliel a while ago. >_> Well, tournament ends tomorrow. Means Gyms will be open again, and start my own tournament, lol.

first off cormini you were my last hope! why'd you have to go and lose like that scream ! second nitrox is gone remember soo their cant be another battle with him in it till he gets back. and lastly i have to say its been good all and you will see me in the turny when its up and running. now realy lastly im done with this turny and now turn to the brawl one. unless kyrenx wants one final fight for the placement. *wink wink*
PS. who gets the first gym spot i want to prepare biggrin
