Seriously, how can you have that kind of attitude to people who find umbrellas as good offensive weapons. Stick a dagger attachment at the end and you have the makings of a great offensive surprise attack. And your story even has a main character that shows how offensive ninjas can be. Being able to take down two guardians, that takes some offensive skill.
A lot of things can be offensive really...but it would take too long to list them all and I need to sleep... which is not offensive at all. ):

Technically, Hirun wasn't really all that strong. The only thing he had going for him was his Rhythm Heart teleportation technique, which wouldn't have been hard for Ismaru in his perfect condition to avoid. Kashi was much stronger than Ismaru or Hirun, but he lost cause he got too arrogant, and because Ismaru's Yatagarasu is a sure-kill technique, as long as it hits. If Kashi had had a Distance Helm as opposed to a Distance Head, he would have managed to avoid it. The Distance Helm would have allowed Kashi to manipulate distance to near infinity, as opposed to the Distance Head.
Like I said, the Head-type Resonance Souls are the most complex. As such, they're the ones that increase the most in power upon evolution.

Kay, new update today.
It'll be up... like, an hour or two after I get home from school. Which isn't for a while.
I've nearly finished writing it, but I have classes soon, and the ride back takes some time. XP
I managed to write 1,500 words in less than an hour. Wow, I guess I can write really fast when I've planned the entire scene to a tee. XD
The Rescue Toastie Arc will be finished before I get to Chapter 20. I'd say that Chapter 18 would pretty much allow me to finish it, if I cut out a few scenes and squeeze stuff together. I haven't planned out the ending of the arc, which is the problem, but I can pretty much bullshit it.
Then we get a Backstory + Profile for Kashi, and then it's time for a new arc.
WHOO!

XD at the wicked fast reading speed that Izzeh possesses. I read at a faster clip then most, and I can process what I read faster then most. Though what I wouldn't give for a photographic memory!
Q kicks a** as well. Making it look like he pwned himself to get cash and bail. Genius, pure genius. ^_^

Really, this was the only way for me to do it.
I didn't want to invoke Dues ex Machina and have them somehow defeat him or bring in a character who could.
I didn't want to do another Shoy repeat where he just walks out cause he thinks they're weak. Q left cause he never planned to fight in the first place. XD

I know I haven't frequented the thread lately, but I have read every word of the omakes and the recent chapter. Except I've been reading them on Wordpress, the five omakes of Screaminghood were the length of the previews so when I clicked to see the entire omake I'd already seen it.
So that was saddening...
Except for when Q died and then after that received a death threat.
"I have two adoptive fathers! Maybe even three!"
I hope he lives to get the money to his two or three fathers, while he's still dead.

NEW CHAPTERS! WHOOT!
This effectively ends the Rescue Toastie Arc.
I'll try to have the Kashi Backstory + Character Profile by the end of this week.
I wonder if any of you will get a special reference I put in Fortenra's comment...
Also, from Wikipedia, while I was looking up beds.Bed A bed is a piece of furniture (or a location) primarily used as a place to sleep, and often used for relaxation or sexual intercourse.

The first ever Untitled Sniperville Story V2 Backstory makes its appearance!
This has got to be longest update ever. Over 3,000 words!
And yet, I can't type an essay worth 1,000 words.
I'm not ENTIRELY happy with the story - might have been better if I split it into two parts - but I think it's pretty decent considering what I started out from.
Like Kashi said, I'm not good with that romantic crap. XD

Oh, s**t, wait, Chapter 5 is the longest with 3,600 words. The Backstory is close, though. XD
The shortest is Chapter 8 with 1,100 words.
EDIT: Oh ********, wait. Chapter 2 has 4,600 words? WHAT THE ********, MAN? XD
