Freshman year we did a whole christmas show because we were going to Macy's
and last year we did a show about "classic rock VS. classic masterpeices"

Unchained Melody! we play it every year at the homecoming game while they're announcing the homecoming queen nominees and the winner. most frustrating is we never play the whole thing, it's always about the first 3 lines ::stabs unchained:: it gets old after the first 5 minutes.

ristvak Unchained Melody! we play it every year at the homecoming game while they're announcing the homecoming queen nominees and the winner. most frustrating is we never play the whole thing, it's always about the first 3 lines ::stabs unchained:: it gets old after the first 5 minutes. yeh, its sorta like pomp and circumstance. you loop it forever and ever and is already tired by the third time you've looped it... plus you can't really hear us play it. at least no one's singin it. sweatdrop

Bugler's holiday
the french horn part is all off beats, except for the last 2 bars. Come to think of it burn the march of the belgian parachuters as well ( another off beat fest). JUST BURN ANY SONG WHERE THE FRENCH HORNS PLAY OFF BEATS FOR MORE THAN HALF OF IT. Then life would be good.

If I see one more band do a marching show for Pirates of the Carribean or something along the lines of that, I'll take all the scores and CDs for it and BURN it.

Well all the songs I have played for the last 3 years have been great. My teacher has a great sense for good music..
We played lots of soundtracks and such
Jurassic Park
Lord of the Rings
Pirates of the Caribbean[ Loved playing it. AMAZING]
Star Wars
Polar Express: Was hard but amazing.
Ave Maria..
And some pretty decent festival pieces.
Im glad Im not in a marching band..
