Training: 12/20
Hana’s last kick ended up being just right – not too brutal and destroy the whole area but not too ineffective either. The red-haired kunoichi stopped, took a bit of time to catch her breath while smiling to herself. Her progress had been faster than she had expected. Now, she’ll just have to work on this technique a bit more and then she’ll be able to master the Dynamic Entry.

Hana’s next attempt went fairly smoothly as well, and she was able to maintain a bit more control over her strength. It’s true that Hana probably won’t fully be able to control her strength even after learning this technique but with time and practice, she will manage. Confident now, the red-haired kunoichi continued with her Dynamic Entry trails, moving back and running forward, jumping in the air before crashing one of her feet into the ground, sending fragments of rocks flying.

Hana had managed to break pieces of the ground but did not crater the field. Well. It was quite an excellent bit of improvement. It's true that if she was encountering a real enemy, she would use all of her strength in her attacks but since she's training for the tournament, learning to restrain her strength is important as well. Hana eyed her katana, still stuck to the tree. She couldn't wait to get this technique over with and begin her katana training.

Training: 15/20
Pleased with her progress, Hana continued to ardently work on her new taijutsu technique. While it's true learning taijutsu didn't hold the same thrill as ninjutsu did for her, it was still enjoyable to some extent. And since Hana's clan did not specialize in just one form of taijutsu, Hana was free to learn any standard style she wish. And she ended up choosing the Goken with its brute force style because...she wanted to become stronger...and physically was just as important as mentally.

Training: 16/20
As time passed, Hana became increasingly better at controlling her Dynamic Entry kicks. She still need a bit more work to attain perfection but at the very least she was closer to controlling her strength than when she first begun training this technique. Of course, one could never be too perfect, so more training is always necessary. Besides, it may be a bit tedious but training strengthens both the body and mind.

It took a while for Hana to get to this point, but she was close to mastering the Dynamic Entry technique. Over and over again, the red-haired kunoichi would repeatedly scrutinize her previous trails, on what she did wrong and how she could improve. No longer was she unnecessary cratering the ground or breaking things into fragments.

While Hana knew she should be proud of the achievement she had attained so far, instead, she simply continued working on improving the technique. Even though she basically got the technique down, Hana still wanted to combine Dynamic Entry with some other techniques in combos later. It'll be interesting to test her creativity. Her arsenal for now was limited but soon that will change.

Training: 19/20
Hana ran back a few paces before charging forward, jumping, and swinging a fierce kick at the ground. The rock cracked but did not shatter or crater into many pieces. Perfect. Now, Hana could begin combining Dynamic Entry with some other technique. She had her eye on using this move with Painful Sky Leg or following up closely with some Goken strikes.

Her last trail was performed on the tree where her katana was embedded in. Taking a few paces back, Hana ran towards the tree, jumped, and aimed a vicious kick at the base. Her training had paid off because the tree did not shatter, yet cracks appeared across the trunk. She easily retrieved her katana, pulling the sword out with ease. Now, she could begin her katana training.

Katon: Haisekisho Training: 1/70
Even though Hana knew she should begin working on mastering her new katana, she still felt a pull to do her ninjutsu training first. Oh well... She could always do katana training after and then to all the different types of target practice. As for the medical salve...that can be saved for later. Hana took out a scroll on fire Jutsus she had copied down.
It was rare than a shinobi, much less a kunoichi would be able to read and understand information from scrolls as well as Hana did...but that was how she basically trained herself during her time away from Otogakure. Always alone. Never truly needing a mentor, she preferred to uncover techniques by herself. And this time, she chose Katon: Haisekisho (Fire Release: Ash Product Burning). It was a slightly complex fire Jutsu but less so than the Hosenka. She will get this down.
And so, Hana settled down to practicing the handseals before working on memorizing them.

Katon: Haisekisho Training: 2/70
Hana never had a problem when it came down to the accuracy of her handseals forming but when learning new Jutsus, it'll take her a bit of time to get used to the seal pattern and increase the speed to her normal time, which was above average for a Chuunin due to long practice and patience. Even if learning a new ninjutsu technique for her seems tedious at first, in the later parts of the training, it would mostly just flow smoothly...

Katon: Haisekisho Training: 3/70
Katon: Haisekisho worked a bit differently than other fire based ninjutsu techniques did. For example, while others rely on breathing out actual fire, this technique actually allows the user to breathe out superheated ash...hot enough to inflict third degree burns. It would be difficult first Jutsu to learn for new fire element trainees but Hana had previous experience in the field of fire ninjutsu techniques, so she should be fine.

Katon: Haisekisho Training: 4/70
Progress was coming slowly but Hana was having a better hold of the complex array of seals. Memorizing them would be no problem if she goes through the seals slowly but accurately at first. And even later on, when she performs the technique at a quick speed, her handseals would still remain as accurate as when she had first begun working on the seals. However, Hana placed high restrictions on herself and she would get the seals down...as quickly possible as she can.

Katon: Haisekisho Training: 5/70
Patience truly was a valuable quality to have and Hana's remarkable patience had been rewarding during her long periods of harsh training. Even if occasionally she might slightly misform a seal, she would go back, work on the seal a couple of times, before going on and then repeating the process. Her training method, even if it may be deemed by other shinobis as inefficient, did prove extremely valuable in completing long-term techniques fairly quickly.

Katon: Haisekisho Training: 6/70
Hana continued with learning the handseals of her new Katon: Haisekisho no Jutsu, always looking for ways she could make it easier for herself to remember the handseals of the technique. She was getting them down a bit easier, though she couldn't start memorizing the seals yet until she finished accurately duplicating the handseal pattern. It was always a tedious process...the first part of learning a ninjutsu technique.
