I'll go out on a limb and say no to all counts. My heart leans towards one big group per faction. The Dinobots are a MAJOR fan favourite . . . so they need an equally powerful counterpart. Devastator is the normal choice- but something strikes me. What if there is a curve ball, and the Cons choose Earth-based animal alt modes for a gestalt team, trying to literally outdo the Bots? It may be a longshot, but one word strikes fear into the Autobots above all others in the realm of gestalt teams . . . .

Not likely to happen since that would make it like the Dead Or Alive movie where it would be nothing but fighting and no story behind it whatsoever. Besides, IF the producers and the CG team include the Constructicons, then they would probably not combine until the final battle anyway.

you do know that in the g1 series the nemesis was sent into the depths of the sea and megatron was the one to bring it back to the surface again. I think the nemesis is going to be in the next movie along with a transformation of megatron to galvatron. also i think shockwave will be in the next movie cause megatron left him in charge of cybertron when he went to earth to gather energon, also soundwave has always stood by megatron no matter what. except in the animated movie that has been the only time i've seen soundwave be anywhere near traitorous to megatron cause of the ramblings of starscream and the constructicons for leadership of decepticons.
I also think that if galvatron makes an appearance unicron will not be left out.
If you remember in the animated movie also that starscream ordered astrotrain to take off due to megatrons lack of function.
this is just what i think will happen.

There is also the possibility that Megatron could return in the next movie or that Galvatron could be introduced as an entirely separate transformer from Megatron like the original Tech Spec stated he was before the animated movie came out.

sounds like something Michael Bay would do make 2 separate entities of pretty much the same villain except a few notable differences.
if that's the case in a later movie megatron comes back to fight galvatron would be a good fight scene just like in the Armada " Worlds Collide parts 1-4 "
the only difference in them is megatron had the dark star saber and galvatron had just his gun.
it seems like hollywood wants to get more then just 3 movies from this just like starwars were there are 6 movies total.
it's just my thoughts and ramblings.

DevilsLight KingD16 Megatron is dead, no part of his spark is left, the Allspark completely destroyed him. Yes, Shockwave was in the 360 version, and he was a triple changer. They are also planning on bringing in Soundwave, so they're trying to use size changing transformations. Frenzy probably survived in a heavily damaged state. Another thing about Scorponok, he can transform. TThe scorpion was his transformed state, he didn't like his robot state because he felt it was useless. Well I disagree with "no part of his spark is left" because in the movie there was no mention that they even have a spark! The only speak of spark was in the Allspark. Even when they said Jazz is dead they didn't say his spark was extinguished. They said he's damaged beyond repair. So I'm assuming given the ability of the Allspark to give Frenzy his body back, it would be unlikely that it would destroy Megatron. I would be more inclined to believe that it short circuited him but not killed him and as his auto repair system kicks in and the energy from the Allspark lowers some it will regenerate the hole in his chest. Besides when have you seen Megatron die so easily? Well I disagree with the "there was no mention that they even have a spark!" When Bumblebee was in captivity, Optimus is talking about the allspark and says if he can't beat megatron in their fight, he will unite the allspark with the SPARK in his chest. 3nodding

I hope they make Arcee look better. She looks like she looks so delicate and fragile in the image.
In terms of them making more than 3 movies, I don't see why not considering there's still people lining up for the IMAX version of the movie and not to mention within computer animation, you won't need to pay them to hire the characters lol. You have to pay the humans though but you don't have what happened with X-Men.

Barricade and Starscream are confirmed to be alive. So stop your bickering.
The Allspark is NOT the Matrix, to the person who said it was. The Matrix is what makes Orion Pax Optimus Prime... Which is still in his chest... Or his balls, from a wallpaper I saw.
