i was just coming to help the girl but if you are a real dragon why are you here and why didnt you eat her??? she isnt hut becasue of you she is hurt because of something els from somewhere else... now lets stop thispointless bickering and work together to help this young lady she might need a doctor and i happen to have one on my ship if you'll stop for five seconds to co-operate we can help her

Hmm...a shame for her to die... he repeated in his head before he heard the comment made by the captain. This stirred up his irritance quite a bit, making him flap his wings threateningly a few times. "Now see here, can't I not eat someone and be left alone or do I really need to snap up a few bites worth of crew memebers?" he asked, a deep growl starting well up in his throat as his mouth pulled until a few of his teeth were showing now. "Hmph." with that he turned around and folded his wings against his back once more as he headed towards the shore, his tail barely missing the captain as it swung back and forth under the water.

well you can eat later i'll have the cook make you something special... but are you going to work with me to get the girl saved or am i gong to have to do it myself?

(back~ sorry for being so late in replying...x.x)
Xavier lightly walked onto the beach, shaking his body to get the access water off and stretching his wings to let them air out a little. "Only if you're going to stop being such a little pest about it." he said, feeling irritated towards the captain. "Now.." Xavier sat down beside the girl, letting his tail slowly curl around him. "What do you propose we do? She's barely alive as it is, I doubt she'll survive for long even if we do help her." he said while nodding his head before looking at the unconcious girl.

"If you would like," the mans voice addresses both the captain and the dragon, "I could take the girl. Not permanently, of course, but where I am going there are those who could help her, and I can travel very quickly." He then addresses the gragon only. "Of course, once she is well again I would have to return her to you. After all, you found her first."

"Hmm..." Xavier lightly curled the end of his tail for a moment before relaxing it, not even bothering to consult the sailor before he made his decision. "Very well then, you make temperarally take her." he said while nodding and stretching his wings. "Just be sure she's in better condition than she is now, I don't want to have to carry her.." he muttered as his tail lightly swished across the sand.

He smiles again to himself, "I'm sure there's an interesting story here, and all information is valuable." The girls shadow begins to ripple and twist, forming a bubble around the girl it sinks into the ground and out of sight. "Sorry for not waiting on your vote captain, but there really isn't time for that." Picking up the girl, who appears beside him, he smiles down at her. "Don't worry, you will be fine. Soon this will be little more than a bad dream." Gesturing at the cargo crates, they vanish. Turning around he starts walking." I hope they don't mind my being late too much."

Xavier watched as the girl sank into the ground, curiously nosing around the bloody sand she had just been laying on. Hmm, very interesting.. he thought as he stretched one of his wings.
The girl, who was now laying unconcious in the man's arms, moved her hand slightly after he spoke. A voice.. she thought softly, wishing to reach towards it but found the empty darkness had already swallowed the person's voice up.

Walking a little further another figure steps from the shadows. "Welcome back, did all go as planned?" The man replies. "Yes, the delivery was intercepted as planned. I will give you the report later, for now I have to get to the caves, she needs tending to immediatly.""Very well, but hurry. He is getting impatient."

The girl remained unconcious, struggling to hear what the faint murmurs were saying, trying so hard to reach out. But her body felt heavy and unmoveable, when in reality she was actually quite light. Soon she grew too tired to try and move and ended up sinking furthur into the inky blackness.

"There, that should do it. She is recovering now."
At the doctors words he nods in approval. "Good let me know when she wakes up. Now I have to give my report." At this the doctor winces. "I'm glad I'm not in your shoes. He hates to wait for anything." "Don't worry about me. Just make sure she recovers. There is an interesting story here and I intend to find out what it is." With that he turns and walks out of the cave, his form is quickly swollowed up by the fog."
