hmmmmwell if ur doing good ull pass if the highr ups think you are smart/strong enof to be a chunnin. pretty much 5 posts can determain if youll pass. but only the battle can decide if you lose.

all positions are filled!!!!!!!!!!!
1 kages(orokage) will stay one kage will be moved and 2 will be replaced!!!!!
few more announcements. i will makle a small forum for you to post if you will be inactivefor a certain period of time. if you area kage+ and you extend that time by more then a weak you will be replaced. few acceptions.
also kages gat a personal assistant! move any other char rightup to as powerfull as a akatsuki! and once a month make one other person a special jonin!

people reading this please change your character profiles along the way when gaining new techniques or new ranks also please add your ninjutsu and taijutsu to your character's profile to make it seem really impressive.
