Hey guys... I realize I'm rather new and all, but I've been noticing that there are half-ploted , botched rp's in some villages, where others have just random things going on... not that that bothers me, seeing as I never plan on needing to read my village's kage office thread, but I was wondering, why are the other villages (like sound and rock for example) not as updated? some have noe list of what justsu's you can learn from the ranks, others don't even have an academy (that I saw) and others don't have a genin,jounin, and higher jutsu training lists... just thought I'd bring this up, because having such out-dated villages might keep people from join that one

yah im working on it im not getting much help from the kages. the mist kage made a good list of jutsus for the village wich made it so much easier.and ery village has the same simple stuff like buildings unless some reard deleted it without me noticing

you have to take exams when your a jonin.

also you must be a jonin with a squad and those squad members must reach chunin to take the test.

actually when a squad you tech makes it to jonin then your out into an exam where you fight with a anbu, sannin, or your kage and they will decide
