He grabbed the top of Fang's head and brought him up real close. He appeared agitated.
"Don't you listen to anything? We're rogue shinobi who left their villages to start up our own. Right now you're in between 2 of the largest shinobi nations, the Country of Fire, and the Country of Wind. What's not to understand?"

Saiga notices the little girl, just sleeping on the ground. He's curious, and quite confused as to why a little child would be sleeping so near a dangerous village. He walked up to her and knelt down.
"Where did you come from little girl?"

Well the village is kinda hard to put a name to..but think of it as a neutral place where you're free to live however you can..within reason of course I mean we aren't all raving psychos that kill for fun sweatdrop I mean..well Futokage Hobo kinda does that but thats to protect the village and whatnot..cause you know we can't be seen or found out or anything...*mumbles on....looks over mats and gets an idea*
"Saiga-sensei should I take this one to Futokage Shia? She*points* was right around where Futokage Hobo blasted...I think I'd better..."
*Walks over to Mats and watching out for any remaining demon kitties takes her hand and leads her toward..the center of the city*

He looked up to his subordinate. he smiled coyly.
"Sure. That sounds like a good idea. Anyone who could just live through one of Hobo's attacks without realizing it could be an immense addition."
He started to float about 2 centimeters off the ground.
"Come on everyone, lets head back. We'll talk to Hobo and Hinata about you 2 later, but for now, lets show you around."
