GNOSIS could be that neutral ground, though. After all, we'd only be posting what we gather from all corners of the "realm" that is Gaia and offering room for speculation without showing a slant.

I like the idea of it being a news group...but ermz...about what it would do...
Maybe the guild could be used for brainstorming what course of action each reporter would do (like there could be different segments of the guild...investigation, reporting, social affairs... ). Depending on what events unfold, each reporter's job could possibly change. 3nodding
The guild could also be used as an archive of all the information, interesting theories or whatever GNOSIS comes across.
3nodding So, what about that?
Technically, it doesn't even have to be related to the Legion at all.
We could all just make it together and be an affiliate.

Also I dunno mans about other gaians, but when I hear "party" on Gaia, I'd usually wanna attend just cuz its a partay! xp (WOO! FUN TIMES! YEAH! dramallama ) Maybe making the party have some activities would attract some people to the party...and possibly new members to the legion? 4laugh

Right now our homepage just makes us look like an X fangroup.
It doesn't even say the word 'theory' once.
I also think making it a private guild instead of hidden would be better.
Edit; Our welcome announcement gives the same impression as the home page.

I think we're stuck in that no-man's land again. With the current plot-summer festival update upon us in a few days, we're stuck in the danger to conform, or the danger to stand out of place all over again.
xp Silly plot. giving us concrete ideas. Bad, plot. (So kidding by the way)
But I do agree, about the party. People like to party, when they hear the word, and the more intense the party and its events, the more attention is draw to it.
But... Okay, an idea. We have a party. specifically, we have the party on Oct 28th, which was either the register date/last login date of Labtech X, that was brought to my attention by... gods, it was one you guys, I can't remember who. That way it isn't in danger of being linked to anything, plus we can draw more attentions to theorizing by having a specific date. And it's close to hallowe'en and all that. And finally.. because it gives us two month at least to plan it out.
Maybe by that time, we've have some official plot that we can work with under the Legion's focus as well.

On a different note, have we considered X's allegiance?
If we're a group dedicated to finding X, wouldn't we be like, obligated to join whichever side he supports in the plot?

Mmmm, not necessarily. I mean, we're trying to find X, but we've never said what we are going to do once we do. We've really become more theoritical, than involved in the plot directly, so I don't know if there is a side for us to take. I can see it, as members taking sides in the plot, but not having that directly affect the Legion itself. Especially since "X" is so much older a concept than the current storyline. If X did join a side, I can see it being temporary for him, as there would be an alterior motive for him, due to his rather bizzare past.
Unless, X sides with himself, and decided that Gaia needs to go through a massive revolution, including the manditory addition of retro 80s fashion, to which I know the Legion will follow with a vengence.
