Zachary blinked before turning his head around slighly. He stared at the boy for a moment then laughed a bit. "Same. I'm only here 'cause my parents signed me up for it. They don't care about my opinion," he replied pouting a bit.

Yukio laughed slightly. It gained him a look of disdain from the teacher. She started handing out small sheets of paper. They were suppose to put a song they would like to sing. If your song was picked, you'd lead the class. A different song was picked everyday at the end of class. Yukio wrote down Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star before showing it to Namine and the kid next to him.

Zachary glanced down at the sheet the teacher had passed. 'A song huh?' he thought, poking the paper with his pencil. "I wonder if she'll let me sing the alphapet," he muttered quietly amused. He blinked as he felt someone poke him. He turned his head a bit before he glanced down at a paper. 'Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star...?' he thought, laughing a bit.

Yukio folded his paper and put it in the basket that was being passed around. He just hoped he didn't get picked for awhile. He relaxed in his seat as the teacher began to talk about notes and other things.

Zachary yawned. He was bored. 'Stupid little brother waking me up so late,' he thought to himself gloomily. 'I think I'll take a nap. It's not like the teacher will be looking at me anyways,' he thought, yawning sleepily. He placed his arms down on the desk and buried his face into them. "Nighty night," he whispered quietly to himself as he earned some amused looks from his classmates.

Zachary woke up startled as he heard something slam against his desk. "I'm up! I'm up! Just please don't eat me!" he begged still a bit drowsy. He blinked as he heard the whole class erupt with laughter. He slowly turned around and noticed the teacher glaring at him dissaprovingly. "Eh, hi teach?" he greeted as he laughed nervously.

Yukio was startled by the sudden outburst beside him. He laughed lightly. "I think it'll be okay." He told him. "I'm sure they'll all forget by tomorrow. Maybe."

Zachary pouted. "Thanks for the support," he mumbled. He sighed as the teacher gave him a detention slip. 'And on the first day too,' he thought miserably.

Yukio chuckled softly. "Nice one." He said. "By the way, I'm Yukio. Stay out of detention tomorrow, and maybe you could come with me and Namine to grab a bite to eat after school."

Zachary looked up. "Sure, I'll try to. The teachers hate me though, so I'm not so sure I'll make it," he replied humming thoughtfully. He turned to Yukio. "Nice to meet you, Yukio," he grinned. "I'm Zachary. Everyone just calls me Zach though," he said, taping his fingers on the desk again.

Yukio placed his hand over Zach's tapping figures. "Try to control that," he said softing his words with a smile. "It drives me nuts."

Zach blinked before blushing slightly and snatching his hands away. He rubbed the back of his head awkwardly. "Sorry about that. It's just a bad habbit," he admitted embaressedly.

Zach sighed. "Yeah, yeah. See you later," he replied. He glanced at the room. It was basically empty. 'Where's the teacher anyways? Isn't someone supposed to be patrolling me or something?' he thought amused.
