~I awoke...it was still dark out...i dont know what time it was...Ookami had herd some thing out side...I got up and quietly walked to the door and looked out into the woods...some thing was out there but it was to dark to see....I could tell by how Ookami was acting where the noises were coming from but as to what was out there I couldn't tell, so I held out my hand, a small flame began to build in my palm...the flame grew to the size of that of a candle then shot into the air where it burst, it floated there in the sky like a star lighting up a large area of the forest outside...and there, behind some bushes was a small group of orcs...they held there hands to there eyes and were blinded by the sudden flash of light...I pulled up my bow and readied an arrow...as I let lose the arrow it burst into flames and hit one of the orcs right in the chest killing him.....the others, now able to see again, came charging towards me...
I fired another arrow but they were able to dodge it this time...I dropped the bow on the ground....This was turning into a real fight now....The blades that I keep straped to my arms then caught on fire and Ookami and I ran strait for the orcs.......

The last of the orcs fell to the ground lifeless....The fight didn't last long....
This place was not as safe as I had hoped so at sunrise Ookami and I left out for Carisa, but it was still a good week befor we would reach the town...
I already could tell this was going to be a longer journey then what I would prefer....I was starting to wonder if I should have gone and waited for a caravan after all.

Diandriel cursed under her breath, still berating herself for using so much energy so foolishly. She looks at the obviously unatural wall of earth and rock and wonders if she could summon enough energy to demolish it. She closes her emerald eyes for a moment before sighing deeply. No, she had enacted the wall too quickly. It would take her a small while to summon the power to destroy it. She thinks longingly of the comfy bed back at the Spirit Den and now nice it would be to relax on it for awile. She also thinks of her bow lying on the bed and groans. What a fool she had been today.

She stands shakily, smiling happily as Moonglow comes up and offers her slim back for Diandriel to lean on. "Thank you my friend" she says to the mare in the common tounge. "I need just rest for a small while." As she leans on the mare she looks around for the newcomer, wondering if he had been caught by her spell.

Reeve smiled outwardly at his old friend, a strong and sturdy horse to be sure. "I doubt I could find better care this side of the Sea of Storms," he responded, "I only wish I had some land and a stable of my own so that I might see him more often. But I doubt the day will come where I have that kind of coin." A slight look of regret flickered across his face for a moment before he asked, "I trust he has not been acting out too much?"

"Not at all." Elwen replied. She ran a hand down his mane and gently start murmuring to the horse. Suddenly aware of what she was doing she stepped back. "Excuse me." Elwen apologized. "I only wanted to check in with you. I will leave you with him now." she glanced at the mare she had been tending to. "And get back to her." she replied. She really wasn't looking forward to when the owner came back to the mare. She could make the horse feel comfortable only a few short days before it went back to that miserable excuse for a master.
((Sorry about the slow reply. Was busy for a bit))

"Ah, well thank you much for all you've been doing," he smiled, "I appreciate your hard work." He then saddled up and prepared for his ride. He ran his hand over his horse's mane as he walked with him out of the stables. He threw a look back at Elwen as he left and added, "And here's to hoping you can make that horse wise up and buck its owner onto his head eh?" He smiled and waved and mounted Pandemonium.

He rode for a while, he had all intention of riding till after nightfall. He set off down the path to leaf lake. He always seemed to feel a rare sort of calm when looking over its moonlit surface.

(OOC: Diandriel,I was wondering if it is okay with you to have time lapses as different "scenes" take place over different periods of time. I was working on the assumption that me and Patchwork's "scene" took place a few hours before yours and Nobody's.)

Elwen turned and walked back into the stables. Too her disapointment, one of the younter stable hands had apparently beaten her to taking care of the mare. She gave a small sigh and walked to the back of the stables before making her way up to the loft. She settled herself down there and leaned back. She always came to lie down in this particular spot because of a cracking in the ceiling that allowed her to see a few of the night stars.

Tenar burst up all the sudden and called out, "Hello? Is anyone here... Well, of course someone is here. Someone had to have created this wall!"

Suddenly a memory struck him hard. It was back to his encounter with the Water God. "Oh... what was it he said about Diandriel?" Tenar thought rather uneasily. For some reason he knew no normal Earth powered person could make it... Flickering through different scenes in his mind, he came to the one he was searching for.

A liquid faces floated at the height of his. Tenar was seated on a wooden chair. The conversation, you could tell, was uneasy; and this younger Tenar didn't want to hear what he as being told. With great concentration from Tenar, the voices turned on in his mind.

"You must look for the others... And you must start with Diandriel,"
the Water God commanded.

"Why? She your girlfriend or something? I'm not a love potion or message barer!" Tenar retorted rather rudely.

"You brat! You've been givin this gift, yet you mope about. And for your information! Diandriel is the Princess to the elves and one of the chosen!"
stated The Water God.

"Fine! But if I must look for her, will you at least tell me or show me what she looks like?" inquired Tenar

"No!" stated the Water God, then added, "but if you ever come across earthly sites which no normal Earth Priest could do. Then you know you are on the right path." With that the Water God popped and splashed across the hard wood floor. The memory fading too.

"D... Dian- Diandriel," he called quietly and apprehensively at first, gradually getting louder until that one name shattered the night and was multiplied a crossed the shards of glass.

Her Emerald eyes widen at the use of her name. Not many from outside her home could recognise, and she knew no water mages. Or was this even a water mage? How had he come across her name. She straightens, though she still rests a heavy hand on Moonglow's silken shoulder.
"Who speaks?" she calls in her clear crystalline voice as her mind races. A water mage who knew her name, though she had never even seen his face, or he hers as far as she knew. He had only seen her spell. But none but her closest friends and the Elemental's themselves knew who and what she was. Her mind momentarily toys with the idea that the newcomer knew her name from the God Water himself, but she quickly tosses the idea aside. She was only getting excited because the star of prophecy was lit. She would not allow herself to jump to conclusions

Reeve had been riding for a while, enjoying the cooling night air, when suddenly Pandemonium stopped...or had he stopped. Deja vu was creeping up on him, as it did on certain occasions. He ran his hand over his bicep. Underneath his hand and beneath his clothing was the jagged scar he blamed for these sensations. His "gift" from the god of Chaos. He looked around trying to see what triggered it this time and for a split second his eyes seemed to zoom in, far beyond their normal sight, to a girl by the lake. An elven girl with green hair...she seemed confused, or surprised as she looked around.

When he blinked his vision was normal again. He could no longer see the girl from this distance though he could see the lake in the much further ahead. He shook his head and ran his hands through his hair scratching his head, "What now...eh Pandemonium?" He rode at a slower pace and continued toward the lake.

Arigoth was only about 20 miles outside of Tilanta. He stopped and sat down on a nearby stump. Laying his Sword across his lap, "Just another day." He said to himself boringly, "Tilanta is only 20 miles or so away, it'll be a good place to stay for a night or two." He rested there for about five more minuetes and stood up and continued on his way to Tilanta.
