Nan could clearly see the cave now, it was huge. And a perfect place to have her kits, the area was even what she wanted in a home. She quickly popped her head in to see if anything might have been living there. But there was no life, and it looked like there hadn't been anyone living there in a long time. "This cave will work well." She said, as she went inside and layed down.

Thank god she wasn't picky. Though, if she was, Thona probably would have just left her the moment he heard she was pregnant. He still couldn't understand why he felt attached to this female. He sat down in front of the cave, seeing how it was empty. Made things so much easier for him. Once she was settled in, he'd leave.

Nan had made her self comfy in the bed that what ever lived here before had left. She wasn't in the mood to make a new one, she just wanted to rest. And knew it was getting close to the time where the kits made them self known in the world. And rasing them would be a full time job, so getting lots of rest now may be the best for her.

It didn't take long for her to settle in. Good, he didn't want to stick around. "I'll be back." He said and stood up and started to canter away. He wasn't going to say win, because, frankly, he didn't need to. She'd she him when she saw him. He flicked his tail and was gone.

She watched him walk off and figured he was just out to hunt. "Hurry back!" She yelled out, hoping he had heard her. After a few minutes, she lowered her head down onto the bed. And slowly dirfted off to sleep, knowing wonderful things will happen soon.
