Welcome To The Grave I saw the movie and it was rather amazing. The voices sounded wonderful,and Tim Burton definitley did his magic with the costumes. The "By the sea" scene, was rather humourous, and Johnny's Swimsuit was painful to watch in a funny way. lol he looked so dull. XD

I really love this movie. Not as good as the muscial(DUH), but still made of win. I liked everyone's voices. I honestly wasn't expecting Johnny to be able to sing that well! Helena's voice was ehh, but her acting was really great. I will never see Snape the same after seeing Alan Rickman in tohse tight pants raping books, but he was perfect for the part. I also never expected Sasha Baron Choen to be able to sing so well. AMAZING FALSETTO, and great acting. I just didn't like how all the BEST jokes were cut out of "A Little Priest" Locksmith, anyone?
BTW, "By The Sea" is the best scene in any movie ever(maybe that's an exaggeration, but you all get my point)

At first when I heard about the movie, I was shocked at the cast. Especially since they were going to be singing the score.
In the end however, the movie was brilliant, and everyone in the film had amazing voices.
I was blown awayyyy . . .>><<

I know it was so wierd hearing all of those actors/ actresses sing but they were great! especially Sasha Baron Cohen! who knew he could sing?

I thought the movie was fantastic!!! I never knew Johnny Depp could sing beautifully like that!!! I was impressed!!!! smile

I happen to love the movie and don't like when people say that Johnny Depp can't sing like my friend Becca because he really can. Sure, some of the notes he hit sounded a little "awkward", but he still did an amazing job being that he had never sung before.
DISCLAIMER: I am not a crazed Johnny Depp fan. (Pirates put me to sleep.) I just love him in Sweeney Todd.

Yeah, Johnny Depp had a surprisingly good voice and Helena's was so-so, but her acting definitely made up for it. Great movie. <3
