Scorp.Ession I think only major villages that can get people to join them, should have a forum. However, I also believe that lesser villages should be in the rp. So I suggest, another forum, called IDK world, or general area or something. It could be the place inbetween villages, like where the curry of life shack could be located or something. The way I envision it is, a gernal area, where missions outside of villages could be carried out. It would be all encompising, so if a team needed a road to travel on, maybe a mod can create the thread for em, or maybe a jounin or higher could create the thread for em, and then they carry out their mission in that thread. We could have threads, like the hidden snow village, of the rain one, and instead of having whole forums, for villages no one will join, We coudl have one thread, meant for all activites in that village to take place in. I am even willing to donate 1500 credits for the creation of such an area,

Zackary Aisukaunta I didn't really know where to put this issue I'm about to bring up. and i didn't want it to get erase in the chatterbox. so here it is:
People in teh world of NARUTO do no sense chakra like people in the world of BLEACH.
i dont think many people noticed this but sensing chakra should not be confused with a telepathic radar sensing thingy. people sense chakra through the five senses. sight, sound, taste, smell and touch. here is examples of things taht can detect chakra through those five senses.
ex:
sight - sharingan or byugan (sp?)
sound - got no example, but probably like chakra gushing out too much and making alot of sound
taste - shino's bug that can feed off it
smell - akamaru's nose
touch - like naruto's kyuubi chakra being used in the battle with sasuke at that falls thing. where it was stretch around and used to hit sasuke with.
there are certain techniques that can make chakra become visible to anyone. like chiridori or rasengan.
and it doesn't matter how strong the other person is. without a technique to use to sense chakra, you CAN'T SENSE IT. orochimaru was right in the hokage's face and couldnt be tell (pretended to be as teh Kazekage).
and people dont use chakra-sensing techniques when they are feeling safe and comfortable.
and most of the time, ninja figure out that there are intruders with intellect and logic. something that doesn't make sense and doesn't suit with the suituation or surrounding.
there are many episodes where the characters shows it. like kakashi did with teh demon brothers, how it didn't rain for days so there shouldn't be a puddle in the middle of a sunny day. or during the chuunin exams, where sasuke figured out naruto imposters with the long password system.
and so this is what i think. and i brought it up cause haruko wrote in one of her post that she "senses" a little chakra flying around and stuff.
I know this is a really old topic, but, what about Karin???

my suggestion, who ever is in charge of sound neads to build that goddamn village already.
we need to add the other two of the five great villages in one way or another.

I agree with the scenes but their is all ways a chance for a 6th scenes if you know what i mean. Like inos mind jutsu, not like im saying people can just find people with their minds but they can still feel their oponents chakra-TOUCH. So i think some people can scense chakra through touch,if theres something that feels wrong. Plus sometimes things feel weird but its true.
