Thona pushed his paw and poked the rabbit. It seemed to be dead, and if it wasn't it soon would be. He nodded towards his son. "Well done, it's dead." He said not really in a proud voice. "Now you can eat it." He said looking at his son who didn't look too pleased, or at least Thona didn't see him as too pleased.

Thonas would have been pleased with himself if he wasn't stil so shocked over what he had just done or had been prepared. he stared at his father as he tryed to process what he had just said. he was suppost to now eat it! lookign at the now definatly dead rabbit, he gulpped. the taste of the blood still lingered in his mouth and the smell of the rabbit was makign him more and more hungry and he didnt know why. it took him a few moments but then he attempted to tear a chunk of meat off the rabbit and didnt care what part. the taste and smell brought out the predator side of him which had made him tear into the rabbit and take a chuck out. the more he chewed on the chunk of the meat with the taste of blood in his mouth the more and more he liked it and wanted it.

Thona watched as his son's white fur slowly turned red around his mouth. Good, now he knew how to eat right. Who knew what his mother was feeding them. They were getting old enough to fend for themselves, it was about time to start teaching all of them to eat real food.

Thonas now was a bloody mess by the time he was done eating his fill. licking his muzzle, he looked up at his father as he did so. yes it was a lesson he had been needing as he and his siblings where geting big enough to now learn this. even though he had been shocked to the core about havign actualy killed something livivng that shock was over now. now that everything was over, he didnt know what to think now as he still looked up at his father.

Thona looked down at his son and put a paw to his own lips. "You... Missed a spot just about here" He said teasing the young one. He couldn't help but let out a chuckle. "Feel better?" He asked the kit.

Thonas attempted to lick the spot on his mouth is father had pointed to. giving a almost goofy grin, he nodded. " yeah." he wished he had a long tail to swish about as he was happy it appared his father was please with how he did. still having the grin on his face, he was pleased with himself with how he did.

Thona had no clue what to do now. He didn't know if the kit wanted to play something, or if he wanted to sleep, or drink water. He was never that good around little ones. He sat there staring at the blood stained face of Thonas. "What now?" He asked.

" can we get a drink?" he was tired and wanted somethign to drink. also he wanted to clean the blood off himself. giving a huge yawn, he was ready for a nice nap after he got his drink and cleaned up. staring up at Thona, he waited for him to lead the way to the water.

Without word, Thona stood up and scanned the area. Well, the closest water was back where they were before, so he quickly turned and started walking back the way they had came. His eyes slightly closed as the sun hit his face. He knew the kit would follow now, since he had done everything he asked.

Thonas quickly went after his father,, and trailed behind him. with another yawn, ofcourse he would follow and obey what his father wanted since he wanted to learn from him. it didnt take much for Thonas to even follow or obey now after only spending a bit of time with his father. giving another yawn, he hoped they would get to the water soon so he could sleep.

They walked for a few minutes more before coming back to the place that he had pushed the kit a little into the water. He smirked. He couldn't help but find it funny pushing a kit into the water. Though, he had to make sure it wasn't too deep. He didn't want to rescue the thing.
"There." He said as he walked closer to the water. He needed a drink as well. To help get rid of some of the fur in his mouth from licking his paw, and that fact that his mouth was rather dry.

the push his father had done earlyer that day had only made Thonas want to prove he was strong and get stronger. once they where where the water was he went to the edge of it and started to drink. it felt good to get some cold water down. once he had his fill he cleaned himself up and once he was done with that he vurled into a ball in the grass a little ways away from the water so he could get pushed nto it like earlyer that day.

Thona slowly walked over to the water more. His tongue hit the cold crisp water. Ahh, that was some good water. He continued to lick at the water until he was done. Opening his eyes he saw fish swimming away from where he was. Oh, how he loved to watch them fish get skittish and swim away.
He flicked his tail and looked at Thonas, who seemed to have found a good place to rest. Well, while he was at it, he could get a bit of a nap as well. Or at least, that seemed like a pretty good idea to him anyways. He walked a little bit closer to the kit and laid down himself. Giving a good enough space between them. He didn't know how he'd take it if he woke up with a kit snuggling up to him.
