Keira giggled watching as they played on the log, at least she had two out of the three siblings to play with now and she was having fun introducing Ombra to fun

Akasha chuckled and purred, craning her neck and nipping under his chin. "Nothing is regreted love" she purred, her red eyes flashing towards her younger sister, she gave a soft nod, then turned her attention back to her mate. "Its amazing what happens in such a short time" she said with a lopsided grin
Corvinus jumped softly, ears flicking towards his aunt. He blinked and nodded softly, looking back at his playing siblings "I'm Corvinus, Akasha's son" he nodded. Normally he wouldnt blurt that out, but he gathered by the bats scattered over Maharets pelt, they were related "I...i gather your family? You have mama's bats, and mine for that matter" he said with a light smile, pushing himself into a sitting position. He didnt want to be rude.

"You are correct." Maharet nodded and laid down so that she was more on the eye level with Corvinus. "Akasha is my sister. Nice to meet some of my nephews. The family is growing quite fast these days..." she said softly, looking about. She saw the other young playing and smiled.
Made laughed and settled so that Ombra's side went down and stayed there. "Switch places with him Keira, I think he's a little tired. He did just hatch after all, we can't get him too worn out." she suggested, grinning at her brother.
"Yes, it is...." Keman agreed, smiling and watching as Akasha's sister came up and began socializing with Corvinus. "It's good to see some of your family."

"Ok" Keira smiled her tails wagging, she hopped up onto the log just behind Ombra rather than waiting for him to hop off, this would ensure that Made didn't crash to the ground

He pulled his tails to him as his sister jumped back on behind him. Ombra did not want them sat upon! A half grin at the other sister & he slipped off when the combined weight on his end brought them close to the ground. Slipped off fairly quickly. Stepping a bit away he watched his sisters again, then sniffed his nose at the scent he had not placed yet. Big. Similar to the one he was with first... who had the food. Kin? Ombrascoppio lay down, trying to pay attention to everything at once. He gave a big yawn, pink little tongue very visible against his shadow spot. He smacked his lips. It as hard to keep his eyes open. Why? He had been wanting to know what was out here. Now he could. Another yawn.

Corvinus nodded, listening to his aunt. "Momma tells me of our family. She tells me its large. I heard her once say we could almost be a powerhouse...." he said tilting his head, not really knowing what a powerhouse was, but didnt ask its meaning.
Akasha glanced over at Ombra, and watched the little kit yawn. She chuckled lightly and pushed herself up, and padded over to her youngest son. She licked the top of his head "I think your brother needs some rest. He is younger then the two of you" she glanced at Keira, a silent reminder she was to look out for her younger siblings, a light chuckle to herself "Come on love, time for a nap" she said picking Ombra up lightly, by the scruff of his neck and taking him back over to where her and Keman were resting and watching the young.

Keira's ears fall back at her mothers look in a silent defiance of her stair, they had let him down hadn't they? She hadn't forced him to keep playing or anything so why did her mother keep giving her that look, it wasn't fair and she didn't like it one bit a small hissing sound escaped passed her lips though she did her best to keep it under her breath

Akasha gently placed Ombra with Keman, and nuzzled them both before turning back to where Keira and Made were still playing. She sat down, her tails curling around her paws, the tips flicking slightly as she watched her two daughters, her red gaze falling on Keira once more. Oh she'd heard the youngsters hiss, no doubt about that, she was directly connected to Carmilla after all, and had certain...advantages from that blood line. "Something on your mind Keira?" she asked, a delicate brow quirking. "Dont hold back love, speak whats bothering you"

Keira contemplated responding, they had been through this before and she had gotten no where, it was likely that the result would be the same, but she was a bit steamed, she was only a month old! A month to the day in fact and she was suppose to be mindful of everything going on and everything her siblings were up to? She was suppose to watch them and keep them safe when she herself didn't know what all was out there or could happen? She wasn't even a teen yet, most considered her a baby and she was suppose to worry about all of that? Not to mention the fact that her sibling probably wouldn't listen to her anyway .... it wasn't fair... not fair at all and all she wanted to do was have fun.... but how was she suppose to say that to her mother? Not like she would understand anyway... so she decided to hold her tongue, best not cause herself more troubles so instead she huffed and replied is a clearly restrained voice "Nothing mother" it was all balling up in her stomach making her feel sick all the thoughts and emotions tightening and welling up, she diverted her eyes in case they started to water

Akasha growled softly, watching her daughters face change through all the emotions. "I may be stern, Keira. But i am not oblivious" she stood, her tails flicking. She turned, facing away from everyone, and glanced over her shoulder. "Walk with me" she said to her eldest daughter

Keira's ears flicked forward then laid flat against her head in fear this wasn't good... not good at all... she slinked off of the log looking over her shoulder to Made as if to say "in case I don't see you again, bye" then she hung her head and slowly walked with her mother looking very much like someone walking to their death ... this was exactly what she had been trying to avoid when she didn't respond ... still its not that she felt guilty, she was very much upset with her mother, but her mother was her mother after all and Keira knew her place, she had to accept whatever punishment her mother gave lest her mother left her a loop hole, at least Keira's mind was her own and she could remain defiant there if no where else until she was grown... she would of course try to find ways out of her punishment without her mother knowing, or if it was something truely heinous she may just get brave enough to tell her mother no, but that was highly unlikely .... she had a very scary mother

Akasha led them to the willow tree by the pond, the same tree that was special to her and Keman. "There's nothing to be afraid of Keira" she said with a light smirk, watching her daughters actions. She emitted fear, altho her heightened senses might help her in that aspect. Still, the kits body language spoke wonders, even if the kit remained silent. "You know, your father and i, met under this very tree. He was quiet the stubborn one" she said with a light smirk. Why she said that, she wasnt sure. Maybe she wasnt entirely cold, trying to comfort her obviously scared daughter.

Keira looked up at her mother tentively then to the tree "really is that why we came here to play?" yes something to distract her mother, she was sure he mother had a point to this but maybe if she could get her talking about something else she would forget to punish keira

Akasha had to chuckle. Her daughter was turning out like herself. "We did not come here to play Keira" she said softly, yet with a stern hint. "I know you're young. But your also the oldest of your siblings. You will be who they turn to, when me or your father arnt around. You'll have to be strong for them, and for yourself." she turned to face the dark colored kit "Your spirted Keira, there's nothing wrong with that."

"And if something big and scary shows up or even something that doesn't smell right I'll be the first one to get between it and them and take it down, but when we're surrounded by family... adults why can't I be one of the kids? Why do I have to be an adult too? Why can't I play? Why do I have to sit and watch them play? If thats what it means to be the oldest than Corvi should have hatched first not me! It's not fair and I don't like it and I don't have to like it!" She was getting riled up and this caused her voice to get loud and at times shrill, she had squared off her shoulders and was looking her mother straight in the eye, she knew she would regret this, she'd get knocked on her a**, but at least she could pick herself up and say 'see I'm just a little kit, you wouldn't be able to do that to an older one! Why can't you just let me be a kit while I still have the chance?' "It's not like I don't want to protect them ... but ... I mean didn't we let Ombra off in time, its not like we forced him to play with us.. he came over on his own and we included him in our game like siblings should.... we'd include corvi if he wanted anything to do with us" She knew that wasn't true, corvi liked being with them when they weren't so hyper he just never wanted to play, but she was upset and frustrated and trying to make a point "I even try to get you and dad to play and you just sit there! Why can't I play? What is so wrong with that?" tear had filled her eyes and now rolled down her cheeks, she was just so frustrated, it was too hard to hold it all back, she almost felt like running away until she composed herself but she didn't want to have to deal with the looks when she got back and a second talking too "Its not fair, and don't you say life isn't fair I'm a kid everything is suppose to feel safe and perfect and wonderful and my biggest worry should be how to catch a squirel!" that was it she couldn't hold back any more she started balling and she knew there was no way anything that came out of her mouth would be understandable, her throat burned from holding back the tear any how and she didn't feel like saying anymore till the feeling went away
((wow umm... at least your getting practice for when your's grows up? xd ))
