[Kegan] I trained my croagunk almost to 30 and went out, then while I was gone, my little sister decided she wanted to play nintendogs and she turned off my game without saving... also, she didn't wash her hands and she doesn't use the stylus... that why I tell people NEVER share a DS.

EXP SHARE does exactly the same thing as swapping, just that it takes less time and you don't have to take free hits.
And Kegan, yes. I'm not sure what happens if your lead Pokemon has the Macho brace or any of the Power items, though.

Power items are x4 for specific stat

Anyone need pokerus? it adds a x2 to all Ev's
Combined with a macho brace it's x4 for all EV's.
With a power item it's x8 EV's for a specific stat.

i would try to join but my team isnt ready because i had to get rid of metagross and salamence and spiritomb and start a new game all i have are some of my friend's hacked pokemon that he let me have so that i can beat the gym leaders without training for months and im not using hacked pokemon against anybody because its unfair (ish got a level 25 dragonite and level 25 arceus and lv 20 tyranatar) unless i can be the hacking gym leader i will have to wait a few months to train another bagon and beldum (with pokerus and macho brace twisted )

yeah, if you can manage to get to the elite four, just have a beldum with macho brace on it at the front of your team. if he goes into every battle he'll come out at lvl 30
