Nyoko blinked. "Ooh, a beach ball," he said, looking at Heaven puff it up. "That should be fun!"
He stood up and trodded over to a clear spot free of rocks. "Over here, Heaven!" he called, waving his arms.
Yuki was NOT happy. Not only did Smiling-Girl stop scratching her ears, but she was going to go play with Boy-Who-Changes-So-Much...and leave her behind.
Yuki gave a grunt, and jumped up, following Nyoko to where he was. She wiggled her bottom half, indicating she, too, was ready to play.

Once Heaven finished blowing the ball up she than stood up and ran over to the spot where Nyoko and Yuki stood.
"Okay! Here it comes!"
She says as she pops the ball into the air.

Nyoko's tongue stuck out as he circled under the ball. With a big "HUUUPH!" he struck upward, sending the ball flying in Yuki's direction.
The big bear jumped at it. Master used to play ball with her a lot, and she knew she was much better than Boy-Who-Changes-So-Much. She hit the ball with her nose, sending it perfectly towards Smiling-Girl.

((Lol I really like the nicknames that Yuki uses to say who is who xd ))
Heaven quickly hit the ball as soon as it came to her making it fly towards Nyoko's direction.
"Hee Hee, trying hitting that on time Nyoko!"
Says Heaven with a wide smirk on her face.

"Waaa!"
Nyoko gave a dive, leaping for the ball. His palm hit the edge of the ball, but he ended up face-down in the sand. The ball sailed towards the ocean as he sputtered sand from his mouth. "Ughhh! That's gross!" he moaned, wiping his face with the back of his hand.
(XD Names don't really mean anything to a Spirit Beast. 'Master' is enough to know~ )

Heaven gave a giggle to Nyoko but than gasped when she saw her beach ball was going towards the water.
"OH NO!"
She yelled as she began to run to her beach ball.
"My ball!"

Yuki chased after the ball, pouncing on it before it touched the tide. Maybe if she caught the ball, Smiling-Girl would pet her again! She clutched it in her powerful jaws...and heard a low hissing sound. Air leaked out of small teeth marks in the ball where Yuki had caught it.
Whimpering loudly, Yuki dropped the deflated ball at the Not-Really-Smiling-Now-Girl.

Heaven walked over to the ball and sat down besides it, picking up the now deflated ball.
"Ohhhh...."
She said as she looked down at Yuki but than smiled again as she began to pet the top of the bear's head.
"Awww shucks Yuki you silly old bear..... but it's okay, my mom could always get me a new one and besides you were only trying to help...."
She says as she began to use her other hand to pet the bear's back as well.

Baying loudly, Yuki threw herself against Smiling-Again-Girl. She wagged her short bob of a tail, and licked Smiling-Girl's face. Master wouldn't have been mad, either, but Yuki thought Smiling-Girl might, since The-Changing-Boy did when she broke his toy once. Yuki rubbed against Smiling-Girl as Nyoko trotted over.
"Aww, Heaven, I'm real sorry," he said, picking up the ball. "I bet Mama Kira can get you a new one."

Heaven giggled at Yuki and continued to pet her.
"Awww Yuki your so silly---- huh?"
Heaven looked up at Nyoko and than smiled as she shook her head.
"Naw, it's okay, like I said my mom can always get a new one, besides Yuki was only trying to help and it wouldn't be fare if she got in trouble for helping out...... now would it?"
She asked look up at Nyoko with a tilt of her head.

Nyoko stuck out his tongue. "Girls think weird," he announced before joining in on the petting of the bear. Yuki was in heaven! She gurgled her happiness as she trampled over the two of them, licking and nuzzling.
"Ha ha~ Stoppit, Yuki!" Nyoko laughed, pushing her away. He wiped off the bear drool. "I think I'd better go now, don'tcha think?"

Heaven gave a roll of her eyes at Nyoko's statement about girls as she looked at the time with her watch.
"Yea.... I guess it is beginning to get a tad bit late, hey uh Nyoko.... maybe next time we meet, we should have a sleep over or something...... okay?"
She asked blushing a little and than giving him a little smile as her hand rested on Yuki's head.

Nyoko nodded. "Hey, sure! We should invite Pire, too. Maybe Mama Kira would let us do it at my house, and you can meet Akito-san!"
Nyoko's eyes shined. He thought a lot of Akito, the silent and strong Wolf Youkai who also lived in the forest.
Yuki licked Smiling-Girl, and gave a yawn. She had missed her Afternoon second-after-snack nap. She bayed, and trotted over to Nyoko.
"Yeah, let's go home, big fluff!" Nyoko grinned, tugging on Yuki's soft fur. Yuki rolled her eyes; she was used to his light mockings. "Anyway, see ya around, Heaven!" Nyoko said, waving as he climbed on Yuki's back. He gave her a stern look. "No flying. You crash too much!"
Yuki rolled her eyes again. Fly him into a berry bush just once, and he remembers forever!...Of course, there was the time she landed in the mud...and the time she missed her turn, and flew him and Master into the town stables...
She grinned sheepishly. Maybe she wasn't the most graceful of flyers, but she got the job done, anyway. Giving Smiling-Girl another good-bye lick, she starts off at a slow trot.
Nyoko half-turned. "See ya, Heaven!" he called, waving as he clung to Yuki's neck. "We'll talk later!"

Heaven got up and waved back at Nyoko cheerfully.
"BYE NYOKO!!!!!!"
She calls out to him as she turns around and begins to happily skip back home.
