Just out of question, were you watching "Limoney Snicket" before making this?

Omg. I have no idea. I'm trying to put letters together, with little success. Maybe my findings will help someone. Or maybe I wasted my time. xD

Firstly, i'm not sure what you want us to do. Is there a message that leads us to the prize? Is this describing an item or a person? I think im just confused on the objective more than the puzzle.
