Yeah....
I just run away from them when I'm out of the straitjacket. It's quite easy, really. You just attack the person who comes in your room and give them a concussion, then steal the keys and escape.
Unluckily, it's not always that easy....

Eh, who cares? My birthday party was on the friday....
